Audrey Walsh Events & Co. is a boutique event planning company serving Boston and the southern New England area including Rhode Island, Cape Cod and the islands. The goal of our services is to liberate you from logistics, and ensure that you are able to be fully present at your event and immerse yourself in the joy of every little moment.

I have planned events for thousands of attendees and hosted high-end, intimate dinners for ten honored guests. I have a passion for planning! And after planning my own wedding, I decided I wanted to take all of my organizing, producing and logistical mastery, and use it to allow couples or hosts to be totally present on their special day. I love details, I love timelines, and I love love! I am excited to work with you to bring your dream event to life.

Working with Audrey was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From the very first meeting, she brought such a calming presence, incredible organization, and genuine excitement for our big day. She listened carefully to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions we never would have thought of, and handled every detail with precision and care. On the wedding day itself, Audrey was nothing short of amazing. Our wedding day could not have been as easy and flawless without Audrey. From the moment we met with her, I knew she would be the one to help the day of. Throughout the planning process she made timelines, lists of outstanding items, and though of all of the little details. She was was direct in her communications, clarified if she didn't understand the vision, and very responsive. Audrey kept us in mind just about the entire year. She went through our rehearsal and handled all of the moving parts with ease. I did not have a single worry that anything would go wrong on the wedding day because I knew that Audrey had it covered. We truly enjoyed our day without having to think about anything. By the end of the night Audrey had our belongings backed into two neat boxes and ready to ship us off.

Audrey was an absolute dream to work with! From our first meeting, she took all the stress of planning off my shoulders. We created a custom package that fit my needs, and she kept everything organized with spreadsheets and checklists. She coordinated our rehearsal seamlessly and, on the wedding day, ensured everything ran smoothly with a calm and kind presence. Audrey made sure all the decor was perfectly in place, and I truly never had to worry about a thing. She was so on top of everything! Audrey provided phenomenal communication throughout the entire wedding planning process. Her attention to detail and organization skills really added value and made my life easier. I do not take on multiple events in a day or weekend! Each event is unique and the lead up is BUSY. I want to make sure the days leading up are stress free, focused and productive. Therefore, I make myself completely available to YOU and only you.

Yes! I am available and have experience with wedding and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, bachelorette organization, birthday parties, anniversary or retirement parties and corporate events.

Regardless of your needs, I love to have at least 2-3 calls with my clients prior to your event. I will always do a client intake call prior to signing a contract because it is SO important to have chemistry and feel comfortable with someone who will be a part of this life milestone or event with you. After that, even if you are only looking for a personal assistant for the day, I want to make sure I understand all your expectations and my tasks. So I will require at least one call in the month or so leading up to the event. If we are working together for partial planning or an a la carte package, you will essentially have unlimited access!

I recommend booking 9–12 months in advance for weddings and large-scale events. For smaller events or experiences, 3–6 months is typically sufficient. However, I always try to accommodate shorter timelines when possible!

Pricing is completely customized for you and your event. No two events are the same, so I believe there is no pre-priced package that is a one size fits all. We will do an initial call to talk through what kind of support services you are looking for. From there, I will have you fill out a short questionnaire to tell me more about your expectations. Then, within 24 hours I will send along a personalized quote that takes you and your event into consideration.
