Audrey Walsh Events & Co. is a boutique event planning company serving Boston and the southern New England area including Rhode Island, Cape Cod and the islands. The goal of our services is to liberate you from logistics, and ensure that you are able to be fully present at your event and immerse yourself in the joy of every little moment.
I have planned events for thousands of attendees and hosted high-end, intimate dinners for ten honored guests. I have a passion for planning! And after planning my own wedding, I decided I wanted to take all of my organizing, producing and logistical mastery, and use it to allow couples or hosts to be totally present on their special day. I love details, I love timelines, and I love love! I am excited to work with you to bring your dream event to life.

Audrey Made Our Wedding Day Stress-Free
Audrey was an absolute pleasure to work with as our day-of coordinator. We began working with her in the months leading up to our wedding, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. She assisted with detailed timeline creation and management, coordinated communication with our venue and vendors, and made sure she was fully familiar with every aspect of our wedding before the big day. On the wedding day itself, Audrey acted as the main point of contact for vendors, guests, and the wedding party, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the day. She ensured everything was set up properly, managed vendor arrivals and setup coordination seamlessly, and made sure we had everything ready for the ceremony. Throughout the reception and at the end of the night, she kept the timeline running smoothly and coordinated vendor breakdown and cleanup efficiently. Overall, Audrey was organized, diligent, calm, and incredibly dependable. We’re so grateful for all of her hard work and would highly recommend working with her!

Stress-free & personalized planning - the best!
Working with Audrey was a huge help throughout our wedding planning process. Audrey stayed on top of everything from start to finish, always reaching out with updates and solutions before we even had to ask. She really listened to what we wanted and shaped her services to fit our specific needs instead of forcing us into a generic package. She helped us find the best place for our rehearsal dinner, coordinate between our vendors, helped with the invitation timeline, and was always available to help us work through ideas and logistics. The week of our wedding and on the day itself, she handled all the logistics and coordination so smoothly that we barely had to think about anything, she just took care of it. Having that support meant we could actually enjoy the planning process and soak in our wedding day without stress. We'd absolutely recommend Audrey!

Working with Audrey Walsh Events & Co. truly took away so much of the stress of wedding planning for us. From our first conversation, Audrey was quick to respond to every question and incredibly clear about next steps, which kept us on track throughout the entire process. When I hit a wall trying to figure out our decor direction, she created a PowerPoint of design options she'd specifically tailored to our vision, then she nailed every single detail on the day of. She has incredible personal taste, but can adapt to any style and execute it flawlessly. Beyond the planning, Audrey handled all the setup and breakdown, managed our timeline beautifully, and basically ran the show so my husband and I could actually enjoy our day. What really blew us away was when she helped us figure out where to store our decor after the wedding since our venue wouldn't allow overnight storage as we were quickly departing for our honeymoon. This solved a huge stress we didn't even know how to handle. Audrey's passion for her work and genuine care for making our day special made all the difference. We would recommend her a million times!

Best decision we could have made!!
I honestly don’t know how we could have done this without Audrey. Our venue was a bit out of the ordinary, but she embraced the challenge and helped us see how to make it work beautifully. She was organized, thoughtful, and so easy to work with. She is always one step ahead and always keeping us calm (even when there was a bit of a situation just outside the venue!). Thanks to her, everything came together perfectly, and we got to just enjoy our day surrounded by the people we love. We’re so grateful for all she did to make it happen.
