Best Coordinator!
Working with Ali at MB Events was exactly what we needed for our wedding day. She kept everything on schedule and made sure our vision came to life perfectly. Ali stayed responsive throughout the whole process, helping us connect with vendors and tackle problems as they popped up. Her attention to detail and organized approach took so much stress off my husband and me. She went above and beyond to make planning feel easy and manageable. We would absolutely recommend MB Events to anyone planning a celebration of any size.

The best decision for our special day!
Hiring Marissa, Doug and the entire MB Events team was the best decision we made leading up to our wedding. We had ample time for the planning process and really wanted to find someone who understood our vision early on, gave us helpful ideas/suggestions on vendors, flow of the day, communication and logistics, and most importantly kept us on track with key milestones and checkpoints so that things didn’t have to feel stressful as we got closer. Marissa did exactly this for us and so much more. She curated a gorgeous Canva/mood board to reference for our design, colors, flower inspiration. She helped us curate the best vendor team, asked the right questions on phone calls and consistently checked in with us to ensure we were feeling comfortable about everything. Of course the day of the wedding, everything flowed so seamlessly thanks to the meticulous timeline Marissa put together, which she proactively shared with all vendors(this was literally down to the minute and allowed everyone to be organized and relaxed). Marissa was worth every cent and then some…we are so grateful to have worked with such a fabulous team who are true rockstars..so kind, understanding and organized. Marissa and I were able to build a really strong partnership through this whole process and it was truly the best investment into our special day, as I said at the beginning. Thank you Marissa and team, we will always be so grateful!

Must book!
I could not have asked for a smoother wedding day. When we first decided to have our ceremony and reception at two separate locations, and eventually realized we would be working with around ten different vendors, I didn’t fully understand how essential an experienced day-of coordinator would be until late in the planning process. Looking back, I’m so grateful I had the foresight to book with MB Events. I worked with Caroline, and she was truly my rock on our wedding day. She communicated clearly and consistently and brought such a calm, genuine presence that immediately put me at ease. We had a few last-minute changes with some guests who were unable to attend while another one was added at the last minute. Caroline handled everything by coordinated directly with the venue to remove chairs and add name cards without needing any prompting from me. I was extremely stressed leading up to the wedding, but in hindsight, I really didn’t need to be. Caroline had everything completely under control! We met four times before the wedding: an initial Zoom meeting, another Zoom call about three months out to review the timeline and vendors, a venue walkthrough, and the rehearsal. She was incredibly detail-oriented and always thoughtful in her approach. It was so helpful to have a professional to bounce ideas off of, and she often raised considerations I hadn’t even thought of. I truly felt like she was my safety net throughout the process. Caroline planned everything down to the minute while remaining flexible and when changes came up. I never once felt rushed, and I appreciated how down-to-earth and approachable she was. Our wedding day came together so well, and I genuinely believe MB Events was the cornerstone that made it all happen.

Incredible support from the very beginning!
After booking our venue, we knew we would want someone to help guide us during the wedding planning process. From our first call with Marissa to the very last hug on our wedding day, she and her team made us feel empowered and at peace with every decision we made through their warm and professional energy as well as the incredible vendors and resources they referred us to. Marissa helped us stay organized, reminded us to consider what was most important to us on our wedding day and when we needed immediate support, she would always prioritize our asks and helped us come up with the best solution possible. Our wedding day was filled with some much love and thought and it is thanks to the meticulous design and care MB Events put into not only our wedding weekend, but into every decision leading up to it.

MB Events was truly spectacular to work with! We reached out only one month before our wedding date and they were able to make it work. Caroline, our day of coordinator, was a main reason as to why our wedding weekend was so successful. She was calm, kind, thoughtful, patient and creative.
