Our client-centered approach to planning is where it all begins and ends for us. Everything we do is to provide you with an exceptional experience from start to finish. Throughout this process many of our clients start to feel like family to us and we’ve been told the same by many of them! Description

This service includes assistance with everything in the planning process from start to finish. From vendor and budget advice and management, full planning ensures that you have a planner by your side through all of it. Your planner will provide answers to your questions and solutions to any issues that may arise throughout your time together so that things progress smoothly throughout the entire process.

Design as a stand-alone service is for clients who want a beautiful wedding but don’t need assistance with the logistical aspects of the planning process. With this service, we’ll monitor everything design-related, including being there on the wedding day to make sure all of your dreamy designs come to life exactly as you imagined. This service is perfect for a client who is getting married at a full-service venue.

Month-Of Coordination is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle.

    LOVED working with Voltaire Luxe!

    Couldn't be more happy to have worked with Stephanie and team Voltaire for our wedding ceremony and reception!! As an event producer myself, I was thoroughly impressed with Stephanie's eye for detail, communication, and thoroughness. Plus, she and her team are great humans to be around which made the planning and big day that much smoother (and filled with laughter). I'd give Voltaire Luxe a 100 out of 10!! Highly recommend them for ceremony planning, day of coordinating, or really any special occasion that could benefit from true planning professionals.

    Engagement Extravaganza

    My fiancé asked Voltaire Luxe Co to help plan a surprise proposal. And she pulled out all the stops, from start to finish, she executed with precision and class and delivered an incredible experience. I’m incredibly grateful to her making sure this surprise proposal was nothing short of amazing. I was completely surprised and blown away, even did an ugly cry lol. We’d love to start working with you at any point in the process. However, our hope is to start at the very beginning with our couples. This allows us to suggest the right venue and vendors based on your desired wedding budget, and to ensure that we are best able to maximize that budget according to your needs, wants, and must-haves. That being said, we’re happy to assist you whenever you need support in your wedding planning journey.
Of course! We’re happy to pick up where you left off and coordinate with any of your current vendors to ensure no detail is unaccounted for as your wedding vision comes to life. We also have a list of preferred vendors. So if there are vendors you’re still looking to contract, we’re happy to curate a list of potential options that match your budget, aesthetic, and personality.
The best way to determine what level of support is right for you is by reaching out to us to schedule a complimentary consultation. Once we learn more about your vision, how involved you desire to be in the planning process, and more about the logistics of your event we can suggest the best option for you. We’d also be happy to customize a package based on your event needs.
A retainer is due upon signing the contract to secure your date. Depending on the package you choose, the remaining balance will be split up throughout the planning process with the final balance due about 2-4 weeks before the wedding day.
Our goal is to be there for you throughout the entire process. You are able to schedule meetings and phone calls as needed, although we will be regularly checking in to ensure that everything is going smoothly, and no issues arise. In order to provide you with the best level of service, we have guidelines in place to streamline the communication process. Once you book you will receive those guidelines in your Wedding Planning Welcome Packet. This is to ensure whenever you reach out we can respond with our full attention and make note of any important details mentioned during our conversation.
You’re welcome to increase the level of support at any point and upgrade to a more comprehensive package if you realize that you require more assistance with the planning process.
