On June 24, 2023, Molly married her best friend at Bellevue Golf Club, her workplace and favorite venue. Planning her own wedding from start to finish revealed a true passion for events. It wasn’t until her business-minded brother in law encouraged her to help others that she found the confidence to start her own planning business. Molly offers a friendly, supportive approach and customizes every event to fit each client’s unique needs.
What sets Molly apart is her personal and professional perspective. She’s planned her own wedding and worked behind the scenes at venues like Bellevue, giving her insight from all angles. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR DAY OF COORDINATION!
The bride and I planned her wedding for the months leading up to the big day. We both knew it was important to find someone to help run things the day of. The bride found Molly Brothers and she was truly THE MVP of the day. It poured rain leading up to our outdoor ceremony so she moved everything under the tent. She kept things positive and professional. She never made me (in my maid of honor and officiant hats) feel anxious or like I still needed to have my planning hat on once she arrived. She took everything over and absolutely crushed the day. I would trust her with literally ANY event or wedding I was a part of in the future. She was calm, cool, and collected. She had all the right intuitions when we needed them. If she was running around putting out fires, the bride and groom NEVER saw it. I truly cannot recommend her enough!

Molly was amazing as a day-of coordinator for our December 2025 wedding. She is organized, knowledgeable, and attentive. I don’t think we would have made it through the day without her. She was caring and accommodating to everything. Highly recommend!!

Molly was the day-of coordinator for my wedding in November, and I can confidently say the day would not have gone remotely as smooth or been as glorious if she had not been a part of our team. From calming down insane 3/6 year olds, to helping track down missing bobby pins, to helping coordinate a hybrid Taco Bell/Dominoes order for 200 people....she does it all, and does it with a smile. Even the most 'over-prepared' brides will not regret having Molly on their side the day-of!!!

Molly is the GOAT of wedding coordinators!
Molly is the best money I spent for my wedding. I truly cannot recommend her enough - she was the backbone of my day! I got to be stress free and present during my getting ready, photos, and the wedding itself while Molly handled everything I asked for and anticipated everything i didn't verbalize! She helped out with my husband, the kids in my wedding and everything in-between. Molly is the best of the best and I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding!!

The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding
Molly was truly the BEST day-of-coordinator we could have ever asked for. Having her was one of the best decisions we made. She went above and beyond in every way — organized, calm, incredibly thoughtful, and always one step ahead. Because of her, we were able to truly enjoy every moment of our wedding.
