    Absolutely Amazing!

    Working with Point Person Event Services was the best decision. Jen kept us in the loop every step of the way with clear updates and consistent communication that made planning leading up to the wedding feel less stressful. She made us feel heard throughout the entire process. She listened to what we wanted and made sure our vision came to life, while also offering helpful suggestions to elevate our ideas based off her experiences. On the day of our wedding, everything ran smoothly because she and Kayla had given it as much care as we did. We honestly didn't have a single thing to worry about because we knew they would take care of it, even the unexpected issues. I could not recommend Point Person Event Services more. It truly feels like Jen goes above and beyond in every way.

    We engaged Jen as our wedding coordinator a month before our wedding, and she was an incredible support throughout the process. Having Jen take care of those final vendor engagements, confirming details, organizing setup timing, and ensuring everything was in place, was a huge relief. Thanks to Jen, we could relax, stay off email, and avoid the stress of chasing down hard-to-reach vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Jen was present from the start of setup through the very last moments of the wedding. Her ability to quickly adapt was remarkable; for instance, when the florist arrived with a larger-than-expected chuppah, she seamlessly adjusted the room layout, making it even better than originally planned. When the cake wasn’t prepped on time for pick-up (completely out of our control!), Jen calmly coordinated its delivery directly to the venue. Jen’s attention to detail and anticipation of needs were exceptional. For example, I had planned an outfit change, and when the time came, everything was ready: my dress was out of the garment bag, my shoes were unboxed, and it was all set up for a seamless transition. She even labeled waters for us and our officiants, ensuring we're taken care of without a second thought. We trusted Jen implicitly - she even brought my wedding dress back home with our keys. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and thoughtful care made all the difference on our wedding day. We’d recommend Jen again and again!

As the owner of Point Person Event Services, I meet with all couples myself, and I am onsite for every event. I have a small team of event professionals to support each wedding to make the experience as seamless as possible!
Absolutely! We love to work with our couples and their families and friends on everything including engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, and even next-day brunches!
I take pride in being accessible to my clients via email, text and phone. While most of my work happens during traditional business hours, I make time to respond to clients in a timely way. Communication is key!
