Every wedding I plan is approached with the same care, consideration, and attention I would give if it belonged to someone I love. That philosophy shapes every recommendation I make from the biggest decisions to the smallest details. My background is in hospitality, so creating experiences where people feel welcomed and cared for has always been at the heart of what I do. I bring that same mindset to every wedding, helping couples navigate the planning process with guidance they can trust and creating celebrations that feel genuine, meaningful, and entirely their own.

I don't believe there is one "right" way to plan a wedding. Some couples love tradition. Others want something completely unexpected. My role isn't to steer you toward one vision; it's to help you create a celebration that reflects who you are while making the planning process feel supported from beginning to end.

Full Planning is designed for couples who want a professional leading the planning process from the very beginning. We assist with vendor sourcing, budget development, decision-making, logistics, and overall coordination, helping couples navigate each stage of planning with confidence.

Partial Planning is designed for couples who have already assembled their vendor team and want an experienced professional alongside them as planning continues. We provide structure, organization, and ongoing support throughout the planning process, helping refine details, align logistics, and create a clear path forward so the months leading up to the wedding feel more manageable and less overwhelming.

Wedding Management is designed for couples who have fully planned their wedding and want experienced leadership overseeing the final stages and wedding day itself. We will review plans, identifies any logistical gaps, confirms details with vendors, and manage the flow of the day so everything comes together as intended.

    Outstanding

    There are no words for how instrumental Danielle was to our wedding day. From the very first time we spoke to the end of our wedding day, Danielle was ahead of the game and so on top of everything. It felt like she pulled the hazy vision from our heads, waved her magic wand, and made it come to life. If anything went even slightly wrong on the day of, we didn’t know about it because she had it beyond handled. We genuinely could not have dreamed up a better day, and we couldn’t have made it all come together without her. Between the timeline creation, vendor coordination, inside jokes, and just being an overall voice of reason- we were well taken care of by Danielle and would hire her over and over again if we could.

    Best day of our lives

    From our first conversation with Danielle at Solstice Planning Studio, we knew we had made the right choice. She worked with us for months before the wedding to organize every detail and make sure nothing fell through the cracks. As the big day got closer, Danielle handled all the vendor communication and follow-ups so we didn't have to stress about anything. On our wedding day, she was there from setup to breakdown, managing every moment and keeping us calm when unexpected things like massive wind came our way. Danielle was a pleasure to work with and helped us create the day we had always imagined. We cannot recommend Solstice Planning Studio highly enough.

    Danielle Crump: The Best There Is

    Working with Solstice Planning Studio made all the difference for our wedding day. Since we did a lot of DIY elements, there was so much coordination needed behind the scenes, and Danielle handled every detail flawlessly. She managed all our vendors, coordinating pickups and drop-offs so seamlessly that we didn't have to think about it once. Her responsiveness and accuracy kept us feeling supported throughout the entire process, and honestly, without her I would have been a nervous wreck. Instead, I got to be fully present and enjoy every moment because I trusted she had everything under control. The peace of mind she gave us was truly priceless, and we can't recommend her enough.

    Best of the Best

    Danielle wasn’t directly my wedding planner but I worked with her at my job several years ago! She wanted to help be a part of the planning process and I was so grateful for her help! I planned most of my wedding myself but having her there to lean on and bounce ideas and recommendations off of was really what I didn’t know I needed. She would go out of her way to find different options and price points for me to help save in any way and my goodness I needed that help and organization! She kept things real and did not sugar coat anything which I genuinely appreciated. I can’t wait to recommend her to my sister who will hopefully be engaged in the next few years!

Our role is to create structure that allows the quiet, meaningful, and unscripted moments to unfold naturally. Rather than designing for spectacle, we plan your wedding experience so it feels personal and present from start to finish.
Working with Solstice removes the pressure of having to know what to do next. Couples often come to us feeling overwhelmed by decisions, timelines, and the responsibility of coordinating people and details. Our role is to carry that responsibility by managing communication, guiding decisions, and anticipating what’s needed so you’re not constantly problem-solving along the way.
We approach the planning process in phases so nothing feels rushed or reactive. From the beginning, we establish a clear foundation and move through planning in a thoughtful sequence, addressing the right decisions at the right time.
