Greetings! My name is Erika. I am passionate about weddings and events of all kinds. There are so many beautiful reasons in this life to celebrate! I would be thrilled to help you bring your event visions to life. I have been in the hospitality/event industry for over two decades and have been honored to be a part of countless events; from (many) weddings to baby showers. From graduation parties to family reunions and many other celebratory milestones. I look forward to helping you create a celebration full of love & laughter!

I'm fun and laid-back but highly organized and detailed oriented. We'll work as a team to make your ideas a reality for your big day. My goal is to help you create an event that you and your loved ones will never forget. I'm an advocate for my couples on their wedding day - assuring that everything you want (and don't want) to happen..happens! Weddings, and decor, can be expensive, but there are ways to have the day of your dreams on a budget. I offer Sustainable Celebrations Assistance with all of my packages. I look forward to helping you create a day full of love & laughter!

Erika was our day of coordinator! She was absolutely amazing from the start I met her through referrals on FB, to the meet up to go over all the details, to the venue visit, to the rehearsal dinner, and finally the wedding day! She jumped into action right away and was always so joyful and happy to be around-which is the type of person you want to work with! She set up the entire barn while everyone was getting ready. We didn’t have to do one thing besides hand over all the decor we wanted in the barn. It made the morning less stressful knowing we had here setting up! She’s amazing! You guys need Erika in your life and for your wedding.

Erika and her assistant were an absolute delight to work with for our wedding! We could not have asked for a better day-of-coordinator! She listened to 100% of our concerns, needs, and wishes, and addressed them all! As someone who had a nontraditional wedding, we were always worried about being pushed in directions we were not interested in, but not with Erika! Erika physically set up the whole day, made it run smoothly, and was always available for check-in when needed. If you are looking for someone reliable, hard-working, energetic, (and reasonably-priced, may I add) Erika and her assistant are the way to go.

We were very fortunate to work with Erika for our wedding in Cambridge, MA! She was so easy to communicate with leading up to the event and instantly made us feel at ease when the day arrived. She ensured that everything went smoothly and our family all commented on how incredibly helpful and organized she was!
