Hunt Creative Events, headed up by principal Anna Hunt, is a small team of dedicated women who are passionate about executing our clients vision, sometimes more than they are! We take on a limited number of full service events each year, in order to give our full attention to those clients from engagement day (or day 1 of planning your *deeply* fabulous holiday gala), through the final moments of break down when the day comes to a close.

Anna is a self proclaimed ‘restaurant guy’ by background, and has used her extensive experience with food, wine, event production and catering to ensure unique experiences for all of our clients, and also to ensure that every events vendor team is hand curated to be able to execute the specific vision. Working in Fort Lauderdale, New York, Boston, and most recently on Cape Cod, she has had invaluable experience in executing large scale, luxury events for some of the most well known names in the country.

    Best decision we made when planning!

    Working with Anna at Hunt Creative Events was an absolute dream from start to finish. I interviewed multiple planners but after our call I knew that she was the one to help bring our dream wedding weekend to life. She planned multiple events for our wedding weekend and executed every single one flawlessly. Each design she created perfectly reflected our vision—from the color palettes and linens to the smallest details, everything felt cohesive, elegant, and personal. What really stood out was how well Anna knows her vendors! Her relationships and expertise made every decision smoother, and she guided us toward choices that were both beautiful and practical. Despite searching high and low for vendors myself, Anna somehow always knew the perfect vendor I didn’t find that fit everything we were looking for. She always had our best interests in mind and went above and beyond to make sure everything came together seamlessly. Beyond her planning and design skills, Anna was a calming and supportive presence for the two years we worked with her. She helped us navigate family dynamics with grace and understanding. By the end of the process, she wasn’t just our planner, she became our friend. We truly couldn’t imagine our wedding without her and can’t recommend her highly enough! (The last photo is of us hugging! To say we love Anna is an understatement!)

    Hunt Creative is amazing!!

    From the moment we booked Hunt Creative Events, we knew we were in good hands. Anna and her team were straightforward, prompt, and completely transparent throughout the entire planning process. They seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors, taking care of the little details so we could focus on enjoying our special day. Anna was a true MVP. She was so incredibly supportive through the entire process and made sure we had everything we needed to make our wedding the most magical day. She is not pushy at all and will work with you no matter how conventional or unconventional your vision is. For example, for financial and environmental reasons, my husband and I did not want to have flower centerpieces at our wedding. Anna worked with this and made the most magical candle-focused centerpieces that set the perfect mood for our reception. Anna is a true professional creative who helped us put together a wedding that was perfectly tailored to our style and values. We are so grateful for her expertise and highly recommend Hunt Creative Events to any couple planning their wedding.

    Best wedding planner/coordinator ever!

    Anna helped plan and coronate my and wife and I’s wedding in Nov 2024 at Oceanview of Nahant. Anna’s work was second-to-none. She helped us both tremendously (especially my wife) and helped bring our visions of our big day to life. Leading to the wedding, she had every last detail ironed out. On the wedding day, she was incredibly supportive and helpful. She was a big reason that the day was as successful as it was. Highly, highly recommend her services.

    Hunt Creative is the best!!!

    Hunt Creative made all of our wedding dreams come true. Anna and her team were truly incredible, I could not imagine having put on a wedding without them. The whole process was so much less stressful with their support. Anna was flexible, attentive, easy to reach, validating, and always met us where we were at. She accommodated our unique needs during the planning process and was an incredible support during our wedding weekend itself. We couldn’t recommend Hunt Creative more highly!

    Best Decision

    Can't recommend Anna and her team enough!!! She made the whole planning experience so enjoyable and relaxed. I always felt listened to and supported as she brought my vision to life. Her communication was excellent. Keeping me on track and guilding me through the whole experience without making the mountain of decisions overwhelming. Even with an potential hurricane, I had nothing but confidence the day would be gorgeous as Anna had a plan for every scenario. Her organization and attention to detail is amazing!! Choose Hunt Creative and your wedding day will be in excellent hands!


Well...kind of. While the bulk of our business revolves around the majority of our clients being on board with full planning services, some of our senior event managers will take on some day-of responsibilities for couples that need our help! While these packages are usually more involved than a typical day-of coordinator, it's worth asking us about! Perhaps the shoe will fit!
We only take on one full service weekend per wedding, and max out at 2 per month to ensure we maintain the bandwidth to keep up with all the details, vendors and logistics that go into making your events go off without a hitch. Depending on the scope of work, we will occasionally take on a partial planning client and day of coordination job within the same weekend, as long as there is enough dedicated staff to maintain the level of service we strive for on each wedding or event.
YES! One of our favorite things to do is to take on the bridal or baby showers for families we have already gotten to know! For full service weddings, the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding day and post wedding brunch are all included for design and planning. We are happy to add on your shower, bridal party lunch, or any other events surrounding your wedding. For smaller events of under 75 people, we will take on the full event in house, including floral and decor. And, we LOVE bachelorette parties to corporate retreats to holiday or charity galas. Just ask for whatever you need help with! Logistics are our Roman Empire.
Through the process for any level package, Anna will be your main contact and planning partner. On wedding day, on site labor varies based on your package. For full planning packages, Anna is always on site as your main liason and point of contact along with a minimum of 3 other people- a venue liason, your "brideside" attendant, and a details coordinator. Depending on the scope of the wedding details or our decor additions, we sometimes need to add a decor coordinator as well. If you book a day-of coordinator, Anna will be your main contact through the planning along with your senior event manager, and that event manager is on site solo.
Let's talk! We will always book a consultation call before taking on a new couple, and chat through your existing plans and overall vision. Hopefully, by the end of that call, we can both see if we vibe! We are going to be spending A LOT of time together over the course of the 12-18 months we are going to work together. Ya gotta like us! We want the experience to be joyful and fun-not stressful. And we never want either party to dread an upcoming phone call. Let's be friends!

Through the years we have worked with a variety of vendors in all categories and have a good sense of who will be a good fit for your personality and style. If we are recommending a vendor for you, it's because we really think that you will vibe, and they will fit within your budget. We will always do our best to set expectations on what you can actually afford and still achieve your dream day.
