I have been in the hospitality business for over 16 years. I knew 2 years in that I wanted to focus on events and making memorable experiences for people. Over half of my hospitality career has been focused on catering and events. I truly love making connections with people and seeing their vision come to life with my help. My end goal was always to have my own business as I am truly passionate about events and absolutely love what I do.

I am truly passionate about helping people make their vision come to life with events. That doesn't mean it needs to take a lot of money to make it happen. I love helping to come up with creative ways to keep costs down but still making their dream day come to life.

Nicole from Simply Beeutiful Events was amazing! She was extremely well organized and proficient at ensuring that everything was going according to schedule and plan. We were out of state for where our ceremony was being held, and Nicole was amazing at communicating through emails and coordinating with all the vendors. She was also instrumental for both our rehearsal and dinner the first night, as well as the entire wedding day, and was able to keep the two toddler flower children from running amuck while still having a loving and gentle hand in corralling them. Nicole was a must-have for our wedding not only in her proficiency for the duties needed, but her altogether friendly and congenial personality with everyone from the vendors, staff, guests, and everyone in between.

Nicole demonstrated a great capability for wedding planning, and I consider it all money well spent. There are some things that are priceless, and planners give a peace of mind for some of the most stressful days of our lives. Nicole was responsive to me, kept me on track when we were at the halfway point or when I was slipping on contacting vendors and making sure my wedding was in order. She was lovely and pleasant the day of, making sure that my day was worry free. I am thankful for her presence and help, as my wedding was exactly as dreamy as I wanted it to be.

Nicole (owner of Simply Beeutiful) was simply great. We came to her with a very specific vision for how we wanted our unconventional wedding ceremony and subsequent reception/celebration party to unfold. She was quick to pivot from the conventional routine and adapt to our vision. Her attention to even the smallest of details, her creative visions, and her execution were all keys to the successful outcome we realized. We would definitely recommend!

Nicole was hands down the best decision we made when deciding on wedding vendors. We live in NY and were getting married in Vermont and she made the whole process so easy and stress free. From the first phone call I could immediately tell that she understood my vision and would do anything she could to bring it all together. She allowed us to use her inventory which was such a great perk and a huge savings! The morning of our wedding I was not worried at all because I knew Nicole would make our day perfect. And I was correct! I just walked around the wedding venue in awe of how she brought all the little details I had in my head to life. I wish I had more parties to use her for! Please don't hestiate to hire Nicole, she is the best!
