Katie was absolutely wonderful to work with, and we are so grateful to have had her as our wedding planner. We had a tent wedding in Vermont, which is no small feat with so many moving parts and logistics to juggle. From the start, Katie was insightful and reassuring, helping us prioritize what really mattered and giving us the tools we needed to make the best decisions throughout the planning process. She listened carefully to our vision, offered thoughtful guidance, and made the entire journey feel less overwhelming and far more enjoyable. On our wedding day, she was truly a lifesaver. Heavy rain turned our carefully planned timeline upside down, but Katie never missed a beat. She calmly kept everyone on track, adjusted details seamlessly, and solved every unforeseen issue before it could become a problem. Thanks to her, the day unfolded beautifully, and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing she had everything under control. Beyond her professionalism, Katie is such a kind, personable, and genuine person. She cares deeply about her couples and it shines through in the way she works. We could not imagine our wedding without her, and we will always be so thankful for her role in making it the best day of our lives.

Katie was absolutely amazing as our three-day event, destination wedding planner! We planned our wedding at Sugarbush, Vermont from out of state, and she made the entire process so seamless. She truly went above and beyond to make the day feel personal and unique to us, handling every detail with care, creativity, and incredible organization. From vendor coordination to thoughtful touches that reflected our personalities, she ensured everything came together beautifully. Working with Katie was truly a dream come true. She made the entire planning process so much more fun and seamless, and throughout the months leading up to our wedding continuously kept us on track and on top of all of the details that can feel so daunting to manage. She was extremely flexible as we changed our minds about design and timeline (repeatedly) and always found a solution even when it felt like a problem was unsolvable. On the weekend of the wedding, Katie’s support was above and beyond what I could have imagined. From transferring decor between locations in record time, to quickly finding replacement candles when ours didn’t arrive, to sitting with us the day before the wedding to resolve last minute seating chart changes, Katie was an incredible partner. The day before our wedding I had THE most relaxing day (seriously, I actually sat by the pool and read a book) because I knew Katie had everything under control. On top of all of this, Katie brings such a warm and positive energy to what can at times be an overwhelming process. We are so grateful that we had Katie with us through this journey - truly could not have done it without her!!
