The Best Wedding Decision I Made!
I cannot say enough good things about Wild Fern! Cassie and Chelsea bring decades of wedding planning experience and it shows! Everything they do is filled with intention - from the fact that they only take on two weddings a month, to how they divide tasks on wedding day, to the cadence of check-ins during the planning process. I hired Wild Fern to help me with the last three months of planning through our wedding weekend, and Cassie was there to support not only with logistics and vendor meetings, but also with the stress of it all. She anticipated my needs and questions before I could even ask them. I truly don't know if I could have kept my head while crossing the finish line if it weren't for Cassie. Everyone kept commenting how calm I was as a bride on our wedding day, and it was truly because I trusted Cassie and Chelsea and knew they would execute my vision to a T. The best decision we made!!
Working with Cassie from Wild Fern Boutique was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and incredibly organized. She kept us on schedule without ever making the process feel stressful or overwhelming. Cassie was always just a text or email away, and no question was too small - she truly made us feel supported every step of the way. She also made amazing vendor recommendations that fit our vision and budget perfectly right out of the gate. Every single person we worked with was not only talented and reliable but also kind and easy to work with, which made such a difference throughout the planning process and during our wedding festivities. On the wedding day, she didn’t let a single detail fall through the cracks. Everything ran so smoothly, and I was able to be fully present knowing she had it all handled. Throughout the planning process, she struck the perfect balance of letting me run with my ideas while gently stepping in to help get certain tasks and projects across the finish line when needed. As someone who naturally leans toward planning (and with a mom who’s the same!), it meant the world to us to feel like we could release control and actually enjoy the weekend. Wonderful lounge, executed perfectly
We wanted an “introvert corner” for our wedding, and hired Wild Fern for the lounge, glass puzzle table, and rug. Everything was beautiful and choreographed perfectly with our florist. We hardly had a moment during the reception where someone wasn’t working on the puzzle or relaxing in the lounge. A huge hit with our guests and us.

Cassie with Wild Fern was incredible to work with. The second we connected I knew we were in good hands. She was responsive, guided us through the process with ease, and was always willing to hop on the phone with me, even for just a few questions. By the time our weekend came around, she managed to make it feel seamless from start to finish. We are so grateful for her and the Wild Fern team. Could not recommend them enough! It made the difference!
