hey I'm Vanessa - wedding and elopement photographer based in Boston but documenting love celebrations all over New England and also the WORLD. You can always find me cuddling my dog like it’s my human child, watching Friends, eating pizza & going on spontaneous road trips with my husband. I love traveling and getting to know new places - I'm also a huge homebody who enjoy a day at home doing nothing. I really love plants, museums, documentaries, painting with watercolor, antiques and being weird in general. I'm a simple person with a huge heart and I love what I do & everybody I get to work with! Also dogs > people.

My unique photography style isn't for everyone - is for the ones seeking something different. I’m for the creative type mind, for the ones that are willing to be themselves, to the ones that are all about showing their love, being present and have the best time together. I think my style is romantic, timeless and a bit editorial. My editing colors are warm, moody and vibrant and it purposely supposed to remind you of a vintage old photo from your grandma’s keepsake. My goal is to create photos that are also pieces of art and will look wonderful hanging on your walls.

    Book with Vanessa!!

    We cannot recommend Vanessa enough - I will be singing her praises until the end of time. She has such a gift with the camera, and the memories she captured for us from our engagement shoot, elopement and family celebration/reception will be cherished forever! She is so kind and warm, and really helped us to feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Typically, couples book between 12-6 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, I only book 15-20 weddings a year.
Yes I do. My husband is my second photographer and assistant in most weddings. If he is not available - I have a hand full of very trustable photographers that can work with me.
Since editing photos is the most time consuming part - I want to make sure every photo is perfect and in cohesive with the full gallery, so it takes between 4-6 weeks for engagement sessions and 6-8 weeks for full weddings. But don't worry, I will send you a sneak peek within just a couple days from your day!
Definitely. This is my favorite part and where I get to be even more creative, so all of your photos will be edited with a mix of color and black and white and the style you see on my portfolio and social media.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only. But I can definitely recommend your someone!

You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of shooting. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors. You will receive an average of 600-800 photos for an 8 hour coverage wedding and for engagements sessions 65 + photos.
Absolutely! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
