Brilhante Florals and Events is a sister owned business who believes that every moment in life is incomplete without a flower nearby. At Brilhante Florals & Events, our team works hard to ensure that each client's event is as exquisite and ultimately as unbelievably perfect as it can be. Whether you are looking for a small piece or larger than life pieces, we are ready to bring your vision to life! Weddings are our specialty and each dream soon becomes our dream too. “Brilhante” strives to source 90% of its florals from local farms and flower growers. Our vision is to spread the beauty of our work after we design each event. Our team does not waste blooms. Flowers not collected and/or taken home by guests at the end of event setups/breakdowns will be donated to local Senior Living Facilities, Hospitals, Cemeteries, or taken to a local charity of client’s choosing. By choosing Brilhante you are helping us “bee” generous to others in our local communities so that everyone can enjoy our work. We are proud to share our Portuguese heritage. Nos falamos português.

    Beyond Beautiful

    Brilhante Florals & Events absolutely brought our vision to life and then some. Everything was beyond beautiful—from the bouquets to the ceremony space to the reception details. It felt like walking into a dream. They really listened to what we wanted and elevated it in a way that still felt so true to us. The colors, the textures, the overall design—it all tied together perfectly and complemented our venue so well. We received so many compliments on the florals, and it’s easy to see why. Their attention to detail and creativity is unmatched. We’re so grateful for the beauty they added to our day.

    Spectacular!!

    Brilhante Florals & Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Kaitlyn and her sister were the nicest people and did a fantastic job listening to our vision and creating the beautiful, magical setting we had envisioned for our Newport/Portsmouth wedding. They understood our budget and went above and beyond to deliver quality flowers and a beautifully designed floral decor that exceeded our expectations and left both us and the guests in awe!. The venue loved their attention to detail and incredible work ethic - they were truly lovely to work with from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better florist for our special day.

Consultations typically last 30 minutes-1 hr. We recommend having your venue booked to ensure we are aware of the protocols for florals in your specific venue. Having a ranged budget set is also very helpful. The process is seamless if inspiration photos are provided so we get a sense of your style and vibe. The more information and ideas you provide, the better we can assist you. After your consultation, we will draw up a proposal with prices and email it to you.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day.
Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.
We have a $3000-4000 minimum for an entire wedding. This includes: bridal party, ceremony, cocktail and reception.
During your consultation, we will go over all the gorgeous in-season floral offerings available for your wedding date. We love supporting local growers and that is where most of our flowers for your day will come from we also support regional flowers and greenery!
Sorry, we do not personally offer flower preservation. However, we are partnered with a floral preservation company that offers a discount to all our clients we refer to them
