We got married in the Boston Seaport and Julia captured the city vibes perfectly. From the waterfront shots to the skyline views, every single photo feels like it belongs in a magazine. She knew exactly how to work with the light, the location, and even the chaos of a city wedding—somehow making it all feel effortless. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also just the kind of person you want around on your wedding day. So calm, so fun, and made me feel like an absolute queen the entire day. My husband and I are both awkward in front of the camera and she made it feel so natural. Our couples portraits literally look like they belong in a movie. She truly told the full story of our day—from the quiet moments getting ready to the wild dance floor at the end of the night. I can’t imagine our wedding without her. Getting married at a mansion felt like a dream—and having Julia as our photographer made it even better. From the second she arrived, she brought the best energy. She hyped me up during getting ready photos, knew exactly where to shoot around the property for the most gorgeous lighting, and captured everything from the architecture to the tiny emotional moments that would’ve gone unnoticed. I seriously don’t even know where to begin!! Julia was hands down one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding day. From the second we had our first call, I felt like I was talking to a friend I’d known forever. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable and seen—like she just got us. The day of the wedding, she was more than just a photographer—she was our hype girl, timeline keeper, and lowkey therapist (lol) She captured every single moment so beautifully, even the ones I didn’t realize were happening. The photos are everything I dreamed of and more—so full of emotion, movement, and love. I’ve already looked through our gallery like 50 times and still cry every time!! If you’re even thinking about booking her—DO IT. She’s insanely talented, so kind, and truly pours her heart into what she does. I can’t imagine having had anyone else by our side on the most important day of our lives.
