Welcome! I am a daughter of Vietnamese immigrants who chose to move to Connecticut, where I have lived for most of my life. I love the change of seasons in this part of the country and all the rich backdrops it brings for imagery (and mental health walks and runs). My cultural heritage is the foundation for my photographic passion. My camera allows me to work where I know I work best, behind-the-scenes, front row at some of the most profound moments in people's lives. In a pinch though, I'll be there carrying the train, making sure you don't get your shoes dirty and helping to support you where I can throughout your wedding day!

My goal in my work is to document and capture one-of-a-kind memories that will be immortalized for generations of your family to look back on. As someone with a deep-rooted Vietnamese background, I especially understand the traditions that go into a cultural wedding and what it takes to capture all those details. From the first email to the delivery of your photos, this will be a personalized and easy experience so you can focus on other aspects of your big day! From when you wake up you'll see my camera in your face...just kidding! But this package allows us to see the calm before the storm and the special moments that happen before your big day really begins. A complimentary couples session before the day of your event allows you to really join in the fun of your party, without having to step out for photos (and potentially even missing out on a chance to fuel up).

    Amazing photographer!

    Kim is a consummate professional and wildly exceeded our expectations on everything. We're so grateful we were able to hire her for our spring 2026 wedding! Neither of us have ever formally been photographed, and she did a great job making us comfortable in front of the camera. She and our secondary photographer, Gill, were fantastic on the day of our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the photos we got from them. Kim was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and we had no issues communicating with her overall. I was also interested in Kim because she had experience capturing wedding tea ceremonies, and she killed it for ours. Highly recommend Kim's photography services to anyone for any event. She's super talented!

    Kim came highly recommended from our good friends. She’s been capturing our special moments since we started wedding planning. Kim can do it all! I love how professional she is. From initial conversations, to check in before the big days.     She’s amazing!

    We booked Kim to do our engagement and wedding pictures and she was amazing! She is very easy to communicate with, and always has lots of ideas for beautiful pictures. My husband and I had never done professional pictures before our engagement shoot, and she made it so easy and delivered beautiful, timeless photos. Kim has everything you need, look no further!

    Incredible, Dedicated Photographer

    Kim was incredible to work with! She was so helpful in creating the timeline for our wedding day and giving us suggestions on how to make everything flow. She was on time, kept track of all the photos we wanted and made sure that everyone was in the right place at the right time. The photos are stunning too - I can’t wait to get the whole album back. I couldn’t recommend her more.

    Amazing!

Typically, couples book me about 6-8 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
I have a trusted group of photographers and videographers that I rely on and reach out to when I need to form a bigger team for an event.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful to the style you see in my work.
Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-8 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a link to high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones. You also have the option of ordering prints straight from that site. I also like to send sneak peeks within a week after the wedding so you can have a taste of what's to come!
I'm so excited to be able to offer this to my couples this year for the first time! Please include film in your request for custom pricing.
In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by a member of my team. I’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure the right replacement is found. I will still be doing all the editing so you'll be sure the final images match my style.
