Amazing and creative planner!
Working with Jill from Fantastical Adventures was such a great experience. From day one, she was warm and genuinely invested in connecting me with the couple, ensuring we were all on the same page throughout the planning process. Her responsiveness made coordination seamless, and she brought creative, outside-the-box ideas that elevated the entire experience. What impressed me most was her hands-on approach. She stayed actively involved to guarantee every detail went smoothly. She clearly cares deeply about her couples and goes the extra mile to deliver something special. I'd recommend Fantastical Adventures to any couple looking for a planner who's both professional and a pleasure to work with.

Truly Fantastical!
Jillian with Fantastical Adventures handled the planning and coordination at a recent wedding where we provided bartending services. To say she was excellent feels like an understatement. She has such a positive, joyful aura about her that lowers the stress level from couples and vendors alike. She has a lot of passion for wedding and event planning and it shows. She brings your vision to life in a way that is unique to your love story. She truly listens. Jill is someone you want to have as your planner/coordinator. She was always on top of everything. She never got stressed out. That is a trait that is not easy to find. It's what truly impressed us about her. Many coordinators let it show visibly on their faces, demeanor, and actions that they are feeling overwhelmed. It causes vendor interactions to feel tense and not pleasant. This NEVER happened with Jill. It just demonstrates what a true pro she is. She has everything handled and is very capable. Her timelines were detailed and accurate. She always had a respectful and kind way of communicating with vendors and the couple in the lead up and on the day of the wedding. She thought of every detail to really bring the magic at the wedding. The set up was beautiful and truly reflected the couple's unique journey. We would absolutely recommend her!

Overall a great planner for my budget
(Full disclaimer: This was before Jill’s prices went up.) I originally was looking for a day-of-coordinator for my wedding because my budget at the time was under 1k for one, but Jill gave me a great deal at the time to be a full on wedding planner as she was just starting her business. And I’m glad I went with that option because I didn’t realize how much goes into the type of wedding I wanted. If you’re having a wedding that has over 110 guests and has a lot of moving parts- you need to hire a wedding planner (with an assistant ideally). In hindsight, I think I would have paid a little extra for an assistant as well because there were some details in the reception that were overlooked-through no one’s fault- just a lot was going on that day. Thankfully, none of the guests noticed these missing details (Like the customized dessert bags that were never used, or candy that were still in boxes, the heaters not being put up on time -This was a November wedding, and the wedding cake missing its decorative flowers). But this was a learning experience, and overall, I’m thankful to have had Jill by my side, because I think things would have been much worse if I didn’t have her help. At one point, a second mariachi band showed up announced, but that was taken care of lol. I’m not sure what other wedding planners do, but I was happy that Jill allowed me the freedom to come up with the vision and design for my wedding, while she took care of the logistics and planning- like arranging video call meetups w/ the vendors and venue which helped a lot. It also helped that her schedule was flexible despite some personal family emergencies that happened during the process. I’m sure once her business grows more she will be able to get the extra help needed to plan much bigger, more fantastical weddings! Overall, I would recommend Jill as a wedding planner: She’s very down-to-earth, punctual (thank you for getting to the courthouse on time while I was running late) , professional, compassionate- took well to my notes, and concerns, and jumped to the occasion. Lives up to the name Fantastical!
Not only is Jill a lovely person, but she makes events fun and less stressful! My husband and I worked with her as a day-of coordinator for our wedding, and she was a fabulous help. She helped us keep everything on track and even made sure our rehearsal the day before went smoothly. I was incredibly impressed by the timeline she created for us and her flexibility for any last-minute changes we needed made. Professional, detail oriented, and compassionate throughout our planning process and the event itself. Her services are also reasonably priced, which helped us out a lot as newlyweds. Jill is awesome, and we highly recommend her!
