Warm, Present, Organized
After nearly 20 years in the wedding world and officiating hundreds of ceremonies as a Love Celebrant, I know what exceptional coordination looks and feels like. Here's what stood out to me about working with 3 Little Birds Event Planning & Rentals: 1. A personal phone call. In an era where emails overwhelm inboxes and messages get lost in the shuffle, Jessica made sure we connected through a personal phone call. She was warm, organized, answered all my questions, and expressed enthusiasm to be working together. I loved that. 2. Warmth. At the actual event, I was greeted warmly by Asia & Jen. They were happy to have me there, made sure I was comfortable, and that I had everything I needed to lead the ceremony. Asia had a warm glow the entire time and Jen seemed to be everywhere all at once. I noticed they were attentive during the ceremony when they could be...and I may have even seen them wiping a tear or two :) 3. Presence. Being a wedding planner and day-of coordinator means juggling a lot of pieces. That can easily get overwhelming, but when you're a pro, you've learned the art of being fully present to the couple, each guest, and every wedding pro so that things flow smoothly. Jen & Asia, backed by a highly organized Jessica, had that presence, and it showed. The day flowed beautifully, and the couple seemed over the moon with their experience. I am honored to have worked with the team at 3 Little Birds. If you're looking for a team that brings both precision and genuine heart to your day, 3 Little Birds is the one. I can't wait to work with them again!

Excellent Event Planners
If I could leave a 10 out of 5 stars, I would. I can not express how easy and beautiful Jessica, Dustin, and the team at 3 Little Birds make event planning. We had a Bat Mitzvah this weekend and not only was it gorgeous, but they ran things so smoothly that our attention was focused completely on enjoying ourselves. They are absolute pros and delightful to work with.

3 Little Birds were lifesavers as wedding coordinators. Jessica helped prepare us for everything we needed to know, was always happy to help answer questions and walked us through the timeline step by step. Jen and Asia were our day-of team and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. They were on top of everything and I knew we could trust them to take care of anything we needed, it really helped put us at ease and let go of the little things. Special shout out to Jen for bringing me snacks, drinks, shoes and checking in with us consistently throughout the night with a calming energy

The best team you could ask for!
We were so fortunate to work with Jessica from Three Little Birds not only as our wedding planner, but also for rentals, and we truly could not have done this without her and her team. We chose a partial planning package so we could collaborate closely for the months leading up to the wedding, and it made all the difference. From table layouts to glow bars and all of the creative ideas in between, Jessica helped bring everything to life and together seamlessly. Jessica and her team always found solutions that made our vision possible and wedding day stress free. We also hired a full support team from Three Little Birds in addition to Jessica, our day of planner and Bre, our coordinator, and that decision paid off in a big way. The entire Three Little Birds team kept everything running smoothly and effortlessly, setting up, moving us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing without a single hiccup. The event felt calm, organized, and joyful from start to finish, which allowed us to actually enjoy our day. We could not recommend Jessica and her team more highly.

SIMPLY THE BEST!
Jessica is an angel sent down from heaven. Seriously, not even kidding. She saved multiple mishaps at my wedding without breaking a sweat or batting an eye. For example my cake fell the morning of my wedding (a screw up on our bakers end). She found a different baker to send us a fake cake that looked so real none of our guests knew it was fake. She also helped me get a huge stain out of my dress within seconds before having our first dance. Jessica helped ease all of my anxiety and I felt so comfortable around her from the moment I met her. It felt like having a friend around with me all day. Her assistants were also so sweet and absolutely killed it the day of my wedding. They made everything so easy to where I could just relax and enjoy my day. Jessica and team I seriously love you guys and feel so incredibly blessed that I got to have you guys by our side on our big day.
