Hello! My name is Rachel Anderson, the creator behind Emerald Events LA. I'm an experienced event planner with certifcations from internationally recognized QC Event School. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality & wedding industry, I am confident I can create any vision you have for your next event.
My passion has been hospitality for over 15 years. 4 years ago I decided to to branch out and show clients what Emerald Events LA is capable of with their events. Whatever vision you have, big or small, I’m dedicated to making your idea come to life, in a way guests will never forget.

Emerald Events was a pleasure to work with
Emerald Events LA was an absolute pleasure to work with as a wedding vendor. Their communication style was fast, thorough, and detailed, which made the planning process seamless. The quality of their work and value they provided was exceptional - they were incredibly organized and delivered high-value services that I would definitely recommend to any couple. As the DJ for the event, Emerald Events LA made my job easy by coordinating everything so efficiently. They not only made the couple's day easier, but they made mine as well. Exceptional service and attention to detail
Rachel’s performance and professional approach throughout the day was impressive. Specifically, we had an issue with the insurance in our parking lot. Rachel made a couple of phone calls and resolved it within an hour… Crisis averted. Had it not been for her we would’ve had a serious parking dilemma on our hands! There were many situations throughout the day that I turned to her for assistance she listened and implemented a solution with grace and a calm attitude I had no idea all the details questions and details that would be thrown at us throughout the course of the day… But Rachel was ready with answers and solutions… With experience from other weddings to implement in ours. What a lifesaver. 3 A very, very long day… And Rachel stayed to the bitter end and beyond! We could not have done this without her

Fantastic Coordinator
Rachel was absolutely amazing! She worked with me for several months to help create my dream wedding. She is so friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond. Since I was planning my wedding out of state, Rachel made the whole process so much easier, she even visited the venue when I couldn’t and kept me updated with every detail. We had many phone calls to ensure everything was in line, and her dedication gave me such peace of mind. She also hired wonderful serving and bartending staff who made the day run seamlessly. On top of that, her day-of assistant, Leah, was fantastic and so friendly. I highly recommend hiring Emerald Events for your wedding,you’ll be in great hands!
