I have over 20 years of event and wedding planning and coordination ranging from small events to events that end with private fireworks. I specialize in Day of Coordination for weddings. My mission is for the bride and groom to completely enjoy the event and not be bothered by anything. My goal is that on the day of the event If there are any issues, you will not be aware. I am responsible to work with vendors and family to allow an effortless day for the couple.

I do not have set prices, I will work with you to make your event the best possible and will work within your budget. I have worked in every aspect of an event, I can step behind the bar if it gets backed up, serve dinner, help the caterer, and clean up at the end.

    From the first time we met Randy to discuss our wedding plans we immediately sensed his expertise and professionalism. Randy's years of experience doing day of coordination showed in his ability to plan, ask the questions we didn't know to ask, and to offer great suggestions to help us save money and create our wedding vision. And, he brought a comforting balance of humor, kindness and seriousness to the process! He was extremely responsive to all our questions, and was a strong advocate in working with our other vendors, and made sure vendor coordination ran smoothly day of. He was the go to on our day, taking care of behind the scene details, as well as practical things like fluffing my dress before walking down the aisle, and traveling to pick up our wedding cakes. Randy went above and beyond to make the day extra special for us, checking in with us throughout the evening, always giving us a reassuring smile. We would definitely recommend him for your big day!!

    Randy was such a joy to have as our day of coordinator. Not only did he take time ahead of the event to ask questions, and make sure he had all the details he needed to be successful, he has so much experience with events and catering he was a great person to bounce ideas and questions off of as we were getting all of our catering and rental contracts in order. On our actual wedding day, it’s hard to even describe what a pivotal role Randy played in making the whole thing such a huge success! He managed all the details perfectly to a T, including managing stressed family members and making sure we didn’t get pulled into any drama or questions from vendors or guests. I also love that he was willing to roll up his sleeves and be an extra pair of hands to our vendors in busy moments like bartending and making sure everything was cleaned/picked up before our venue deadline. Thank you Randy for making our day seriously effortless and fun!
