I have over 20 years of event and wedding planning and coordination ranging from small events to events that end with private fireworks. I specialize in Day of Coordination for weddings. My mission is for the bride and groom to completely enjoy the event and not be bothered by anything. My goal is that on the day of the event If there are any issues, you will not be aware. I am responsible to work with vendors and family to allow an effortless day for the couple.

I do not have set prices, I will work with you to make your event the best possible and will work within your budget. I have worked in every aspect of an event, I can step behind the bar if it gets backed up, serve dinner, help the caterer, and clean up at the end.

Description	I specialize in Day of Coordination for weddings. I will oversee all aspects of the day, from setup, the event and clean up. My goal is for the bride and groom to completely enjoy the event and not be bothered by anything. My mission is that on the day of the event If there are any issues, you will not be aware. AMAZING. Hire him!!!!
Hiring Randy from Effortless Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From day one, his communication was detailed and direct, which made the planning process feel manageable instead of stressful. Randy handled everything with our vendors from top to bottom day of and offered suggestions that truly shaped our day for the better. On the wedding day itself, he was unbelievably calm and collected, keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes so we could just enjoy the moment. Randy was honestly the best thing we could’ve done for our wedding—his experience and level-headedness made all the difference. We can't recommend him enough.

Obsessed with Randy
Working with Effortless Events by Randy was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our first conversation, Randy's friendly and timely communication put me completely at ease, and he seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. On the day of our wedding, he took care of literally everything, which allowed us to actually enjoy our celebration instead of worrying about logistics. His attentive approach kept us feeling calm throughout the entire day, and the quality of his work was simply fantastic. We absolutely loved working with Randy and honestly wish we had used him for longer than just the day-of coordination. We can't recommend him enough to other couples planning their weddings. Randy is the man!!

Randy was amazing to work with from start to finish. His experience and attention to detail were what really stood out to us from the beginning. Our main goal was for our wedding day to be relaxing and stress-free, and Randy made sure of that. He handled all day of organization and was attentive even months out leading up to the day if we had any questions or review calls. We loved that he listed to our vision but also gave great suggestions based on his past experience. There were many moving parts and multiple vendors involved, and Randy handled this with precision and extreme organization. Especially working in corporate events professionally myself, I knew exactly what I was looking for in a day-of coordinator and that was Randy. He was a joy to work with as he has such a positive and professional attitude. He made our day the best day ever and we'll always be so grateful for him!

Love Randy
Randy made everything run smoothly on our big day! Would hire him again. We gave him a bunch of info leading up to the wedding, he even met us twice at the venue, and then never thought about anything the day of and just enjoyed it.
