I have over 20 years of event and wedding planning and coordination ranging from small events to events that end with private fireworks. I specialize in Day of Coordination for weddings. My mission is for the bride and groom to completely enjoy the event and not be bothered by anything. My goal is that on the day of the event If there are any issues, you will not be aware. I am responsible to work with vendors and family to allow an effortless day for the couple.
I do not have set prices, I will work with you to make your event the best possible and will work within your budget. I have worked in every aspect of an event, I can step behind the bar if it gets backed up, serve dinner, help the caterer, and clean up at the end.

Randy was amazing to work with from start to finish. His experience and attention to detail were what really stood out to us from the beginning. Our main goal was for our wedding day to be relaxing and stress-free, and Randy made sure of that. He handled all day of organization and was attentive even months out leading up to the day if we had any questions or review calls. We loved that he listed to our vision but also gave great suggestions based on his past experience. There were many moving parts and multiple vendors involved, and Randy handled this with precision and extreme organization. Especially working in corporate events professionally myself, I knew exactly what I was looking for in a day-of coordinator and that was Randy. He was a joy to work with as he has such a positive and professional attitude. He made our day the best day ever and we'll always be so grateful for him!

Randy made everything run smoothly on our big day! Would hire him again. We gave him a bunch of info leading up to the wedding, he even met us twice at the venue, and then never thought about anything the day of and just enjoyed it.

If you haven’t already booked or reached out to him what are you waiting for!? Randy made my event so seamless and easy. From the first phone call I felt we were on the same page and he really understood my vision, and he was able to make it come to life. He was available to meet with me multiple times prior to the event, came prepared and I could tell he had reviewed notes. He delivered over 5 star status if I could give more stars I would! He made sure the groom, myself and my mom were able to ENJOY the day and not worry about anything. Thank you Randy so much for helping make our wedding so special and enjoyable! We REALLY appreciate you!
