Hi! My name is Tiffany Rivers, owner of Rivers Event Planning. I have been in the hospitality industry for 15 years. My journey started in culinary school as a young adult and then as an Event Banquet Captain for various catering companies on the Central Coast. My love for serving others lead me to receive a degree in Hospitality Management! I then worked as an Event Coordinator for a private school in San Luis Obispo. 5 years later I decided to start my own company as a Special Event Planner and the rest is history!

My true niche is day-of management. I take great pride in the coordination aspect of your wedding day. Communication with everyone involved in your special day is the key to success, making certain everyone knows the plan we've spent a whole year creating! I review your work so far and come up with a clear plan of action to finish planning your dream wedding!	Truly month of coordination. You've got most everything ironed out by now and I come in and finalize the last details with your vendors, refine your timeline and coordinate the big day ahead so you don't have to worry about a thing! Not One but Two Weddings
Working with Tiffany (& her husband Brandon) @ Rivers Event Planning was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I had the pleasure of doing this twice within a 2 month span! Two daughters, two different weddings yet one focus: Memorable. Tiffany helped to make this happen by being so incredibly responsive and professional. She genuinely cares about & will work to ensure that the bride & groom truly enjoy their special day. She handled all the behind-the-scenes communication with our vendors and kept everything organized so smoothly that this mama had zero worry about logistics on the wedding days. Tiffany, you exceeded what I thought a wedding planner could/would do & am truly grateful for your commitment to both of our special events. I wish you continued success and truly hope our paths cross again...best!

We are so incredibly happy and thankful that we hired Tiffany to support us in planning our wedding. We hired her months out, and she was always so attentive. Whether it was answering last minute questions, or calming our anxiety or worries. She communicated with all of our vendors and she made the whole process felt so seamless. She was great support with our wedding venue. We know if we didn’t have her, it would have been a nightmare with communication and getting tasks accomplished. We followed her checklist, and had check ins with her as needed to keep us on track. The day before our wedding she was there to check in with us and run through the rehearsal making sure everyone felt confident for the big day ahead. She was professional and attentive the entire time. The day of our wedding she was super attentive making sure our setup looked beautiful . We didn’t have any issues at all, and if we did, we didn’t know about them. Tiffany handled it all. We would 100% recommend hiring Tiffany if you’re on the fence or not about hiring a wedding planner. She is very knowledgeable and great at communicating with all our vendors along with keeping our wedding party in check .

AMAZING
From our first conversation with Rivers Event Planning, we knew we had found someone special in Tiffany. She was precise in every detail, patient with our questions, and genuinely thoughtful about what mattered to us. On our wedding day, she kept everything running on schedule so smoothly that we didn't have to worry about a single thing—both our families and George's family felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Tiffany's work ethic was flawless and she handled every aspect of the day with intelligence and grace. We can't thank her enough for making our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. The Reason Our Day Ran Smoothly
Tiffany was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was incredibly communicative, organized, and direct, which made everything feel so much less stressful. On the wedding day, she made everything run so smoothly and handled every detail so we could truly relax and enjoy the moment. She was always helpful, professional, and on top of everything. We felt completely taken care of the entire day and could not recommend her more highly!

She's the best!
We had chosen Tiffany for her day of/coordinating services and it was the best decision ever! From first phone call to the end of our wedding day, she was the sweetest, most thorough, and was overall such a pleasure to work with. I was a bit overwhelmed with planning our DIY wedding, but she saw & understood our vision and filled in every gap I was missing as it was getting closer to the big day! The weekend of the wedding, she was so organized and on top of every detail! She was great with communicating with all my vendors and my guests noticed her "in charge but so sweet" approach. We enjoyed our big day mostly because we literally did not have to worry about ANY wedding business and was able to trust her to run the show!
