We are a full service event planning company founded by a team of industry experts with over 18yrs of combined experience and with a passion for event planning. From intimate parties to large-scale affairs, we ensure that every detail is flawlessly planned and executed from start to finish.

One of my main goals for my couples is to find areas where I can save them money. With my 18yrs of knowledge and experience, I continue to find wonderful ways to save my future couples money and still ensure their magical dream wedding comes true.

Description	Our full service planning is perfect for hands off couples, who might find themselves being to busy in their day to day lives. With our full service planning we would plan your wedding from A to Z, we handle the research and booking process of your venue and vendors, upon signing of contract we schedule an initial meeting with you to gather information, go over your vision and budget and get to work on finding you your dream venue and vendors.	Our partial planning package is the perfect package for those couples who already have their wedding venue but need assistance with booking the rest of their vendors. With our partial planning we step in and take over the planning for you, we schedule an initial meeting to gain a clear vision of your budget and theme and get to work on bringing your wedding vision to life. Feel free to send us a message for further information.	We're happy to share we offer an all inclusice elopement package at a beautiful venue located in Malibu, Ca overlooking the gorgeous pacific ocean. Our inclusive package includes the venue for a max of 3hrs, elopement photographer, arch florals, as well as your bouquet and boutonniere, officiant, mini cake for cake cutting photos, plus a highly skilled and professional on site coordinator.	Our month of coordination includes unlimited communication at signing of contract, vendor referrals, timeline creation, vendor management, 1 in person venue walkthrough. On the day of the wedding you get a lead coordinator plus 1 assistant for up to 10hrs, we handle placement of decor, vendor management, timeline management, handle final payments / tips, and towards the end of the night we take care of gathering back all of your decor and gifts.

From start to finish, Yami at Magical Events by Yami was an exceptional partner in planning our wedding. She stayed attentive and available leading up to the big day, always ready to review details and offer advice when we needed it. She has an excellent network of vendors to recommend where needed. During the ceremony and reception, Yami made sure everything was set up exactly as we wanted it, while also making smart adjustments that improved how everything looked and flowed. What really stood out was how calm and supportive she was throughout the entire process—she led with confidence and kept us feeling taken care of. Throughout the day, Yami paid close attention to the Bride and Groom, making sure they could actually enjoy the moment instead of worrying about logistics. Working with Magical Events by Yami was truly one of the greatest blessings of our entire wedding journey. Best wedding coordinator!
Yami is truly the best person to have by your side in creating your dream wedding as she is highly skilled, patient and knowledgeable in making sure that your needs are met as a bride. Putting the Magical in Magical Events!
We hired Yami for the month-of coordination, and her sister Jennifer handled our execution the day-of, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their support. From the moment we brought them on, they helped us get organized, stay on track, and make key decisions that made our wedding day run smoothly and feel effortless. Their calm professionalism gave us the confidence to actually enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. It was clear they genuinely cared about making our day special. And it absolutely was! Wonderful Team!!
Our wedding would not have gone as smoothly as it did without Yami, Jennifer, and the rest of their team. Every part of the day under their control was executed perfectly. Jennifer went above and beyond on the day of the wedding. The morning of, I was in need of safety pins for the money dance and the ones I ordered did not come in time. I asked Jennifer if she had some and she ordered/picked them up a few hours before the ceremony started! I appreciated that so much! When it came to planning the wedding, Yami was so patient with all of the questions I had. She answered anything I threw her way and gave some very insightful feedback when I needed suggestions. I am so happy that I went with Yami & Jennifer as my wedding coordinators! It was worth every penny.
