I founded Serenity Weddings with one core belief : You should feel like the guest of honor at your wedding, and be present to enjoy this moment with all of your loved ones. I believe that each wedding is a unique expression of your love, and that no two weddings should feel the same. My goal is to help you create your dream wedding, the one where your guests will leave raving about how beautiful and special it was, and how it told your individual love story. Whether you're looking for a day-of or month-of coordinator, a partial planner, or a stylist, I am here in your corner to help bring all of your dreams to life.
What makes Serenity Weddings unique is that my experience as a stylist lets me see your wedding as a design, and I can help you bring every detail to life. My skillset in organizing and executing makes me an excellent coordinator, ready to adapt as needed to create the perfect day. Serenity Weddings doesn't just offer coordinating and planning services, I also offer styling services. I help you to create your perfect wedding day look in whatever way you need.

Whether you need help sourcing and vetting vendors, coming up with the initial design, or finalizing the details closer to the wedding, we're here to help in a way that works for you. | At Serenity Weddings we love elopements and micro-weddings. It's an intimate way to celebrate your love and have it just be about that, and sharing it with those that you love. No pressure for a big party, no giant budget to stress you out, just you and your favorite people, hopefully in your favorite place. | Day-Of Coordination was designed for the couples who want to make sure that they get to fully enjoy the day of their wedding, rather than worry about running it. It includes a venue walk-through and a final meeting the week of the wedding to go over final details. We provide vendor management, ready to direct and assist them, and problem solve if anything arises. We assist with timeline management throughout the night and oversee cleanup. |

Best day-of coordinator ever!
Desiree was our day-of coordinator and we couldn't have been more pleased! We did all of our wedding planning ourselves and brought her on as our day-of coordinator several months before the wedding itself. Leading up to the wedding, she provided extremely helpful guidance on things that we never would have thought of without her, and I honestly can say our day would not have sparkled as much without her advice! She was also very familiar with our venue which was so helpful and made everything so much smoother. She was very prepared and organized leading up to the wedding and we had several meetings prior to ensure we were all on the same page. On the week of the wedding, she came down to meet us in person and pick up our various signs, place cards, programs, and wedding decor, which made it even easier for us not having to carry it all in ourselves. True to her business name, Serenity really is the name of the game, and she prioritizes ensuring the bride and groom are happy and calm throughout the day. This was SO fantastic! There are honestly a lot of things to worry about on a wedding day, and we didn't have to think about any of them! We did not need to manage her at all because of how independent and organized she is, and all the preparation she'd done to ensure she understood our vision and needs. She set up all our decor beautifully (including assembling a few pieces of decor that came in boxes) and laid everything out like we'd imagined. She is also a fantastic problem-solver. We were originally supposed to get married outdoors, but it rained the day-of. She was so helpful when we were deciding whether to take the wedding indoors, and we absolutely made the right call because of her. She took initiative to adjust plans with our florist, and we ended up with the most beautiful indoor wedding. Throughout the day, she was easy to find and so on top of things. She was thinking about us and communicating with us the entire day, including ensuring we had appetizers saved for us, places to rest when we needed a mini break, and ice water when we needed it. At the end of the day, she packed up our items beautifully (including disassembling the things she had assembled earlier for easier carrying for us) and loaded them into our transport home. She ensured everything went off without an issue and most of all we had the most wonderful time - our day was so easy and uncomplicated thanks to her! She independently managed it all according to our vision and we're so thankful for her. She is the most wonderful day-of coordinator and is a true pleasure to work with, and we wholeheartedly recommend her!

From the very first interaction, Desiree was prompt, hard-working, and highly communicative, putting our minds at ease throughout the planning process. Her organizational skills, kindness, and focus were truly impressive. Desiree exceeded our needs in a short time frame, quickly and effectively organizing our destination wedding. We had such a great experience working with Desiree. Immediately when I met with her, I knew she was the perfect Day of Coordinator for us. Her energy was positive and friendly. We booked with Desiree for our destination wedding in Yosemite National Park. With the specific NPS event requirements, DIY decor, and traveling, Desiree was so helpful during our consultation and helped me stay on track with all the intricate details of what was needed for the ceremony and reception. A few of our family and friends commented on how much they liked Desiree and were glad that she was our Day of Coordinator.
Expert wedding coordinator
I don't know what we would have done without Desiree being a part of our wedding! Her work coordinating and also helping me with bridal styling was invaluable. She is an expert on the timing and flow, we are still getting compliments on that from guests. Throughout it all she was a calm presence who I knew I could rely on to figure it all out. Everytime we met with or spoke with Desiree we felt better about the planning process.
