    Amazing Team

    Our wedding day was absolutely amazing and it was all thanks to Jessica and Alicia from CrystalRose Events. From day one speaking with Jessica, I felt the stress lift as she took over the logistics of timelines and helping us coordinate the vendors. In addition, Jessica and Alicia were amazing at making my vision come to life. On the actual day, they were amazing at leading us through the timeline, making sure all vendors and staff were on time, and making sure we had the most perfect day. I truly cannot put into words how amazing their services were and we had multiple guests ask us for their names because they were just that good! If you are unsure of whether to hire this team for day of coordination services, all you need to know is that they are really really fantastic at what they do. All I can say is thank you to Jessica, Alicia, and the whole team at CrystalRose Events. Thank you for everything!!!

    Best day ever!

    The team was amazing to work with! Jessica helped us organize all that was planned for the day! Jazmin and vianne thank you so much. The setup and decor came out exactly how I envisioned it Everyone couldn’t stop saying how beautiful and fun it was.     Best planners EVER!

    We hired CrystalRose Events LLC to coordinate our wedding and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dana Mato was fantastic to work with from start to finish—his relaxed approach made the whole planning process feel stress-free, even during the hectic final days. On our wedding day, he and his team went above and beyond by helping set up my DJ gear and keeping everything on schedule so the timeline flowed perfectly. After working with coordinators for the past 20 years, Dana is hands down at the top of the list.     Couldn't ask for a better coordinator

    I can’t speak highly enough about Crystal and her team. Her organizational skills and attention to detail made it possible for all the pre-planning for the wedding to go smoothly. During the actual event, the team did a great job making sure everything happened on time and that all the guests knew what was going on. And the Photo Booth guy has great taste in music! Crystal was super knowledgeable and helped us avoid various problems we didn't anticipate. Super kind service, she did everything perfectly!
