    Amazing Company!!

    This company was amazing and so organized!! Dana and Matt were our day of coordinators and did such a great job keeping everything on time while also making sure our needs were met. Jessica did a great job handling all the pre-event coordination. I hired them for just day of coordinating but they step in about 2 months before, and honestly as soon as they stepped in, it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders! They handled most of the vendor communication, I barely had to reply to emails because they knew our vision and handled it for us. They also responded so quickly whenever we had questions. Would hire them again 10 times over!

    Beyond Perfect! The Absolute Best Wedding Planner!

    We don't even know where to start - Crystal from CrystalRose Events is simply the best person we could have ever found to plan our wedding. The moment we got on our initial Zoom call, we immediately bonded with her, and that amazing connection lasted through the entire process. Crystal is everything you could ever dream of in a wedding planner: she is extremely patient, highly organized, deeply understanding, and completely transparent. It is incredibly clear that she has years of experience under her belt. She thought of countess details we never would have even considered, and her deep familiarity with venues across Southern California - including our venue, Rancho Las Lomas - was an absolute lifesaver. We were super picky with every single aspect of our day, and Crystal never once complained. If anything, she completely embraced and enjoyed our creativity! She is also incredibly crafty, generously offering to handle specific wedding items herself to help us cut some corners where we could. Her pricing is extremely fair for the world-class service she provides. Honestly, we were so sad when the wedding was over just because it meant our time working with her was coming to an end—that is truly how much of an impression she left on our lives. We have total trust in her and her team, and we cannot wait to reach back out to her for future events. Thank you, thank you, Crystal! You are truly a blessing to us all.

    The most caring & warm team for your special day!

    Working with CrystalRose Events LLC was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Jessica, Jon, and Mariel checked in with us throughout the day in a way that felt supportive without being overwhelming, and whenever we weren't sure about something they'd jump in and handle it with ease. The team nailed every detail with our decorations—even when my planning binder went missing on the day of, they adapted and made everything work perfectly. What really stood out was how warm and personable they were from start to finish. They made us feel truly seen and taken care of, and their flexibility and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind. We'd absolutely choose them again and recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing team for their special day!

    Jessica and her team deserve an A for our wedding coordination! We had such a beautiful day, because they kept us going and helped us move things along nicely. If you even hesitate to hire a wedding coordinator- DON'T. They will take so much off your shoulders, especially if you have multiple vendors to manage and a pretty tight timeline, like we had. They were responsive, helpful, supportive and just so sweet. The best investment we made in our whole wedding, hands down. Also, the coffee tea station we order through them was so beautiful, and full- I was very impressed! Thank you guys for everything!
