Hi Maidaly, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. I’m truly sorry to hear that parts of the day didn’t feel as smooth as you were hoping for. I also wanted to offer a little clarity from my side based on the updates I received from the coordinators who were onsite. My team followed the confirmed timeline and setup details we reviewed ahead of time, and they checked in with you throughout the day to confirm any adjustments you wanted. There were several timeline changes made and approved during the event itself, and the team (as well as the impacted vendors) did their best to adapt in real time. There were also a few factors outside of their control that contributed to delays, including guests entering and seating themselves before setup was completed, the absence of an emcee to help guide transitions, and some last-minute adjustments. The request to revise the floor plan the night before at 8:00 PM, along with additional setup items not included in the original list, naturally required more time and shifted the original setup flow. Even with these changes, the coordinators worked hard to support your day as best as possible. I truly appreciate your feedback and will continue to use it to strengthen our processes and communication for future events.
