    Best decision!

    We are beyond thrilled that we chose Shevchik Production to capture our wedding day! Alex and his team showed incredible professionalism and attention to detail. They sent us a questionnaire to understand all our preferences and scheduled several calls to go over every aspect of the day. Honestly, they cared about the locations and logistics even more than we did, which made the whole process so smooth. Our venue was quite dark, and we were worried about how the photos would turn out. But the team came fully prepared, bringing professional lighting that made everything look amazing! The photos and movie turned out bright, emotional, and absolutely stunning. We also received a luxurious, oversized wedding album with beautiful prints. Flipping through it brought tears to our eyes – it’s absolutely breathtaking! Our team has attended more than 500 weddings over the past 6 years.
We use only high-end, professional equipment and cameras from high-end brands such as Canon, Sony, Nikon, Blackmagic, RED, Leika, and Hasselblad. In addition to these, we also utilize a variety of other professional tools and accessories to meet a wide spectrum of photographic and videographic needs, ensuring versatility and excellence in all our services.
We've had the opportunity to work at countless venues, so it's quite likely that we have experienced your particular Venue. If, however, we haven't, rest assured that we will arrive at the venue ahead of time on the day of the event to conduct an extensive site inspection to identify the optimal spots for photography and videography. Additionally, we carry out comprehensive online research in preparation for your special occasion!
We offer many photography packages for our clients and the number of photos depends on the package and number of photographers chosen along with the number of hours chosen. Normally for one photographer our clients receive 50 edited photos per hour. For two photographers, our clients receive about 80 edited photos per hour. Our team consists of eight close team members. Four photographers and four videographers. For your wedding day we will work closely with you to understand your personal vision and ideas for your wedding. You will be working with one of our photographers and videographers. Depending on the package you have chosen and the size of the wedding you may be working with up to the entire team.
We rarely have such situations. However, if a team member gets sick or if an emergency occurs, one of our other team members will be there to capture your special day. We guarantee our clients that we provide great service, photos and videos for you on your special day.
This is the most important day for you and we don’t want you to worry about missing anything. We normally recommend that our couples hire at least 2 photographers and 2 videographers for their wedding day. This will allow us to capture all the important moments and the moments in between. For larger weddings with more guests we suggest adding a third photographer and videographer which will give us even more opportunities to capture every moment. However, if you have a smaller wedding and a more flexible and open timeline we may recommend one photographer and videographer.
We emphasize on capturing genuine emotions and focus on personal portraits, artistically documenting the unseen, yet palpable, love and bond between the couple. Our style is a harmonious mix of elegance, taste, fashion, and glamor, evident in every love story we tell. Rest assured, we have experience working in the dimmest chapels and reception halls. If the situation permits, we will establish additional lighting to ensure the pictures are clear and focused. There are chapels that prohibit flash photography, and for such cases, we utilize cameras renowned for their excellent low-light capabilities and lenses with low apertures.
Most couples choose 8-10 hours of coverage. We always help you with time management. After signing the contract and making the required deposit, we guarantee that your date will be booked. Once you have signed the contract, Alex will contact you to discuss your needs and plan your wedding day accordingly. You will be in touch with him 24/7 throughout the entire time you work with us. Closer to your wedding date, photographers and videographers will be assigned to better suit your needs.

We always shoot on dual media and upload a backup copy to cloud storage, guaranteeing that your precious memories are safeguarded. We shoot all photographs in RAW format, dedicating considerable time to selecting the best images from thousands captured, delivering only the most authentic and genuine moments to you. In post-processing, we perform color correction to enhance the vibrancy and depth of your photographs.
If your wedding schedule exceeds the agreed-upon timeframe, we are fully committed to accommodating your needs. Therefore, we offer flexible options to extend our services beyond the initial agreement. Additional hours can be arranged at a predetermined rate, ensuring that you don’t have to worry about missing out on any precious memories due to time constraints.
Yes, of course, we provide insurance for up to $1,000,000.
No, we do not have any additional fees or charges. We also do not charge for travel in these territories: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Riverside, Malibu, and extends to other neighboring areas. We can guarantee a fixed price for all additional services at the time of signing the contract. What does this mean? This means that even if the cost goes up, you can always count on the original price when signing the contract.
No. Once the photographer or videographer has started filming, the time cannot be paused. Consider keeping your filming locations as close to each other or in the same location as possible.
