Owner Andrew Trego knows how vital a role a DJ plays in your once-in-a-lifetime celebration, and he is ready to make every moment sound amazing. TREGOtheDJ has a passion for his craft that shines through in every shindig that he soundtracks. Though he graduated with a degree in musical theater, DJing became Andrew’s life in 2014, and since then, he has performed at over 500 weddings. Client satisfaction is his top priority, and he has designed a seamless approach to celebration entertainment that will exceed your every expectation.

    Trego was the perfect DJ/MC for our wedding at the Arizona Biltmore. Legitimately, we could not have had a better experience during step of the process. For starters, Trego's tone and personality were so great from the beginning, it was actually fun to meet with him and talk about our wedding music/playlists. Some of these vendor calls can be dry or tense, but not with Trego - his vibe was amazing from Day 1 through the Wedding. Not only that, he was great at checking in with us periodically to make sure we had everything we wanted. The planning process was easy and he made it really fun to pick our music. It became our favorite thing to discuss during planning, and when we liked a song, we just added it to Trego's app. It could not have been easier. And then of course on Wedding Day, he was the DJ we dreamed of. Energetic, fun, accessible, smooth, present, and perfect at handling requests (good and bad). He put together the soundtrack of our lives. We still get compliments about the performance months later. Could not recommend him more!

    We chose to have a DJ at our wedding reception and asked our wedding planner to connect us with someone local that was highly creative, artistic and fun. Jenny Weber with Black Tie Optional said we had to retain TREGO the DJ, and she was right! TREGO’s talent is hard to put into words. He was perfect at coordinating music for our wedding ceremony, followed by our private first dance. But it was when our guests entered the room that TREGO’s mastery came into full display. He turned our wedding reception into the best dance party we’ve ever been to! Complete with all the lights, cold sparks and smoke, and most importantly, Gloria! (Note to future clients - get ALL of TREGO’s enhancements!!) His ability to read the room/vibe and keep the perfect mix of music playing and people on their feet all night was incredible. TREGO’s planning did not go unnoticed. In our preparations, he had an easy-to-use website that allowed us to share with him our preferences, likes and dislikes. And we appreciated it so much that he listened to us and delivered exactly what we wanted. He incorporated our must play songs and threw in some fun surprises from the same period. Our friends are still talking about how much fun he was. At our request, he also gave us the playlist for the night, as well as some fabulous footage of the behind scenes setup that was so fun to watch and brought us right back to that perfect night. TREGO is super-fun and amazingly talented and was a key person in the success of our events. I’m trying to find a reason to throw another dance party with him!

    We honestly cannot recommend Trego the DJ enough! When we started planning our October 2025 wedding, every wedding professional we spoke to in the area said the same thing: "You have to hire Trego—he's the most popular DJ for a reason." After working with him and seeing the results, we can confirm this is absolutely true. My wife and I are extremely particular about music and wanted our reception to be executed in a very unique, non-traditional way. Trego was an incredible collaborator who listened to every detail of our vision, offered fun suggestions, and ensured our highly customized timeline and song list were delivered perfectly. The energy was unbelievable. Trego was an engaging, fun MC who kept the flow of the evening moving effortlessly. Our primary goal was a nonstop dance party, and our huge dance floor was packed and overflowing with guests from the first song to the last. We heard countless comments from guests saying it was, hands down, the best wedding music they had ever experienced. If you are a couple who wants a highly personalized, energetic, and flawlessly executed musical experience, Trego is the ultimate professional to hire.

    DJ TREGO was hands down the best part of our wedding reception! It has almost been a year since our wedding, and our friends/family are STILL talking about how awesome the DJ was. Look no further - this is your wedding DJ. He is an incredible MC, extremely polished and professional while also being the life of the party. He really listened to our needs/preferences and also took our playlist to the next level - it was better than we could have ever imagined. He does a great job of reading the room and knowing what to play next. We are so thankful that we had his positive energy present on our big day. We joke that we want to get married again just so that we could hire DJ TREGO again and dance the night away.
