Welcome. I'm D e r e c k. I've been doing photography and videography since 2017. It wasn't until the pandemic of last year that I decided to take a leap of faith and make it a full-time career. I feel like I've always had a burning passion for photography and editing, I love photography because it captures a moment in time. Whether that moment is your wedding day or an annual family portrait, pictures enable us to relive and remember special occasions again + again. Why I specifically dove into Wedding Photography? Simple!! My love for creativity and seeing passionate couples that aren't afraid to show their personalities

What I feel sets me apart from other photographers is my poise and confidence when going into a shoot. I feel like I'm in my natural element. I feel a sense of comfort and creative freedom while behind the camera.

    Dereck was such a pleasure to work with! He is very organized and flexible. Our wedding photos came out beautiful despite our small venue and lack of scenery. His energy was very relaxed which was so helpful on such a hectic day. We would absolutely book him again!

    Dereck made everything so easy and we put it together in 3 weeks. He was amazing he show up on time understood what we wanted got all the pictures and even some we didn't realize until we got the album which we so great. He is easy to work with and doesn't mind that your family might be crazy and get in the way he work around them all. I highly recommend using him for your wedding.
