“1000/10!! Evelyn is nothing less than a wedding rock star! We hired Evelyn for partial planning, design services and day-of coordination for our wedding that was (literally) across the country. She helped as find and book a majority of our vendors, all of which deserve their own 5-star reviews. She was extremely responsive and organized throughout the entire process. She did multiple site visits to ensure that our design could be accomplished. We had issues with a venue coordinator making promises that could not be kept that resulted in design changes, not once, but FOUR times, even as close to the date as 2 weeks and despite those set backs Evelyn handled it with the utmost professionalism and was still able to deliver on our (less than traditional) vision! We've had multiple guests say it was the best wedding they have ever attended and we couldn't agree more! If there were fires that needed put out, we (the bride and groom) never heard about them. The day was scheduled down to the minute and there was flawless execution across the board. It was truly the best day of our lives and we were able to enjoy every moment of it knowing full well everything was handled that needed handling. She connected with wedding vendors, and was especially helpful in connecting with and working with the wedding venue. Timeless Ties even referred us to our dream photographer! On the day of the wedding rehearsal, Kate came for several hours. During cocktail hour, she and a small team that she led completely changed the main grassy area from a ceremony set up to dinner set up. I wouldn't have changed a thing! If there were any snags in the day, I never knew about them as Kate handled everything. Kate is not only deeply competent, organized, and professional, but an absolute joy to work with. She cared deeply about the vision and priorities my fiance and I had in our wedding, really listened to understand what mattered to us, and spent the time to talk through any potential logistic conflicts to help us have a true understanding of the situation and all of the options available to us. Kate remained a calming presence throughout the wedding day, even as she managed so many details, which truly helped me stay present and able to soak in the day as well. “I am SO glad I found Dre and her team for our wedding! I am very type A and planned 90% of our wedding but as I got closer to the date, I started to feel overwhelmed and needed an extra hand. I spoke with Dre and immediately felt more at ease. Dre worked with us from the very beginning to make sure all the details I was most worried about were ironed out and taken care of. Dre assigned Lisa as our day-of coordinator and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED LISA! Although Lisa was our main point of contact, Dre was involved every step of the way so it really felt like I had the dream team making sure our wedding went as planned.... & it did!! I can probably go on and on about how amazing Lisa was on the day of! She was professional, SO DETAILED, quick, had amazing energy, and had the best attitude. A handful of my guests even made comments after the wedding about how hard Lisa was working to make sure everyone was taken care of. I had such a great time at my wedding and everything went smoothly (& if it didn't, there is no way I would've known because Lisa was killing it). I cannot thank Lisa and Dre enough for making all my wedding dreams come true!! If I could go back and do it all again, I would book Dre & her team even sooner!!!”

“Dan was my day of coordinator for my wedding in Valencia about 2 weeks ago, but he was there throughout the wedding planning journey whenever I needed him or had questions. He guided me on best practices and even attended a meeting with the venue, in which he worked with the venue coordinator- taking a lot of stress off my shoulders. He is confident and incredibly experienced in his craft. On the day of the wedding he created timelines for all of the vendors, set up the decor, and kept the wedding on schedule. I don’t know how he does it, but without Dan/ his team/Creative Happens, I know my wedding wouldn’t have been as beautiful and organized without him. I could keep going about how great this company is, and if I could give them 1 million stars, I would. They made the wedding a success with 0 issues.”

“10/04/25 Krystal and her assistant ;) , were our “day of” coordinating team, even tho Krystal was putting in work weeks before the day. The second they arrived, my stress level decreased by 10000%. They walked in the room and said, hey we’re here! And got started. This was a diy wedding basically so they had to deal with all the coordinators I had booked plus the timeline of the day. I hired Heather for month of wedding coordination. As the wedding got close, Heather contacted me to make sure we were still on the same page about the rehearsal and wedding day. She ensured that the ceremony was as smooth as possible. We were requiring all of our guests be tested for Covid the day of the wedding, and Heather coordinated gathering the test results and ensuring everyone was negative. During the reception, Heather coordinated our vendors to keep things running on our agreed timeline. I surprised my husband with a Hawaiian Wedding Dance and Heather was there to help me change out of my wedding dress and into my performance dress in the four minutes I had to change. I would have been a mess of stress and anxiety without Heather and Wind N’ Sea Events. I cannot recommend them more highly!”
