While I call the West Coast home, O love traveling across the country to help couples create unforgettable celebrations. What sets me apart from other wedding coordinators is my unique background as a school counselor. While I am an expert in wedding planning, I also bring the skills and mindset of a counselor to every event. My calming presence, problem-solving abilities, and genuine passion for helping others allow me to handle any challenges that come my way with ease. Highly Reccomend!
Kate was the day-of coordinator for my daughter’s September 2026 wedding, and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. She was so much more than a “day-of coordinator.” From the time we booked her, Kate met with my daughter and son-in-law several times over Zoom, was always happy to be included on vendor communications, and became a trusted resource throughout the planning process. She also referred us to an amazing DJ and photo booth company that were both fantastic. Kate’s communication is the perfect balance—always proactive without ever being overwhelming. As the mother of the bride, I especially appreciated that she knew to bring any questions or issues to one of us instead of the bride, allowing Mackenzie to stay present and enjoy every moment of her wedding day. Kate is organized, detail-oriented, calm, kind, and truly wonderful to work with. Our family loved her, and it was obvious the other vendors enjoyed working with her as well. I highly recommend Kate and Timeless Ties!

The BEST day of coordinator!
Kate went above and beyond to make our wedding easy, stress free, and beautiful. She was incredibly prepared and helpful. I was able to have the best night thanks to her!! Also had multiple guests compliment how organized and on top of things she was! Cannot say enough about how awesome and on top of it she was!!

Amazing coordinator!!
Kate was an amazing coordinator. She asked all the right questions leading up to the wedding and would answer our questions within seconds when we needed something for her. She made us feel cool , calm and collected on our wedding day and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. She made my wedding vision come to life and set up everything exactly how I wanted. She’s the best money we spent - book her!

Best wedding coordinator ever!!!
Kate was amazing!!! Our wedding flowed seamlessly thanks to her. Before the wedding, she answered all of our questions and was always available for advice or to give her thoughts and recommendations. As someone who is a bit type A, I appreciated how she is super detail oriented and made sure she understood our vision so that she could execute it flawlessly. She also was great at spotting any gaps in our plans and making sure we had every task and step handled. During the wedding she made everything so easy. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and she kept everyone on time. Everyone who interacted with her at our wedding had only great things to say about her I could not recommend her more! You will be lucky to have such an efficient, organized, knowledgeable, kind, and calm coordinator on your team!!

Kate is a TOP NOTCH wedding coordinator
Kate was an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator. We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at Falkner Winery in Temecula, and she went far above and beyond what I expected from a day-of coordinator. From the moment we booked her, she put me completely at ease. She is reliable, communicative, organized, kind, and exceptionally good at what she does. As an event planner in my professional life, planning the wedding itself came naturally to me, but I was nervous about handing over all of the details on the actual wedding day. Kate made that transition effortless. Her attention to detail and ability to execute allowed me to be fully present and enjoy my wedding. I never once worried about whether the welcome table was set up correctly, if the dessert menu made it out, or if all of the little details I had spent months planning were being handled. I trusted her completely, and she delivered on every level. One thing that really stood out was her judgment and professionalism. For example, our wedding day was extremely windy, and our welcome sign kept blowing over. Rather than interrupting me with a minor decision, she reached out to my mom to discuss moving it indoors because she knew how important the placement was to me. She kept my family informed when necessary, solved problems proactively, and protected me from having to think about any logistical issues throughout the day. Kate gave me the gift of being able to enjoy my wedding without worrying about a single detail. I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're considering hiring her, do it. She is worth every penny!!!
