Description

This will include 2 consultations prior to the wedding, create a timeline of the wedding day, attend rehearsal at ceremony site, set up/clean up at the ceremony and reception, follow up emails to your vendors 2 weeks out, giving checks to the appropriate vendors

Our base rate is $1200 and then depending on the destination will depend on extra fees.

    Kate is a TOP NOTCH wedding coordinator

    Kate was an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator. We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at Falkner Winery in Temecula, and she went far above and beyond what I expected from a day-of coordinator. From the moment we booked her, she put me completely at ease. She is reliable, communicative, organized, kind, and exceptionally good at what she does. As an event planner in my professional life, planning the wedding itself came naturally to me, but I was nervous about handing over all of the details on the actual wedding day. Kate made that transition effortless. Her attention to detail and ability to execute allowed me to be fully present and enjoy my wedding. I never once worried about whether the welcome table was set up correctly, if the dessert menu made it out, or if all of the little details I had spent months planning were being handled. I trusted her completely, and she delivered on every level. One thing that really stood out was her judgment and professionalism. For example, our wedding day was extremely windy, and our welcome sign kept blowing over. Rather than interrupting me with a minor decision, she reached out to my mom to discuss moving it indoors because she knew how important the placement was to me. She kept my family informed when necessary, solved problems proactively, and protected me from having to think about any logistical issues throughout the day. Kate gave me the gift of being able to enjoy my wedding without worrying about a single detail. I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're considering hiring her, do it. She is worth every penny!!!

    Greatest Wedding Coordinator Ever

    Kate was an absolute lifesaver. From the initial call with her, through the end of the wedding night, Kate was extremely responsive, organized, and thoughtful. Keeping track of vendors, timelines, and countless other details. She was extremely dependable and always had valuable experience and insight for each question we had. Kate was extremely responsive whenever we reached out and took the time to walk us through every detail and decision. During the day of the wedding, Kate remained calm and composed throughout the amazing, but hectic day. She quickly handled anything that came up and supported us at every step. Extremely grateful for Kate, could not have done the wedding without her!

    Such a magical day!

    I cannot recommend Kate at Timeless Ties enough! She was our day-of coordinator, and from the moment we met her, she was calm, organized, and absolutely on top of everything. On our wedding day, she handled all the details seamlessly — from vendor coordination to timing, setup, and even those little last-minute emergencies that inevitably pop up. Kate made sure we could actually enjoy our day without stressing over logistics.     Great Wedding Planner to Work With!

    Working with Timeless Ties was a genuine pleasure from start to finish. Kate took the time to walk us through the venue layout and made sure everything was positioned exactly where we needed it, which made the day feel so much less stressful. Their communication was straightforward and friendly throughout the event. What really stood out was how organized they stayed behind the scenes—you could tell they had a solid plan in place. If you're looking for a planner who actually listens and delivers, I'd highly recommend giving them a call.

    The best day!

    I had such a wonderful experience working with Kate! Up until a month before our wedding day, my husband and I were on the fence about booking a day of coordinator and we are so glad we did! Even more glad that we booked with Timeless Ties, specifically with Kate. From first contact, Kate was very responsive and clear in her communications. Before our first meeting she sent over a shared drive for us to fill out our wedding day specific information which really helped the meeting run smoothly. A few weeks before our wedding we had our final details meeting and after that she still checked in via text message to see if we needed anything from her which was such a relief in such a busy last few days leading up to the big day! On the day of, Kate made sure everything ran smoothly! I don’t even know if there were any hiccups on the day of because she handled everything! My husband and I were able to enjoy our reception knowing we had Kate handle any behind the scenes logistics if needed. Once again, I am SO glad we decided on Kate as our day of coordinator. We typically dedicate a substantial amount of time to ensure your big day goes smoothly. On average, here's the breakdown of the time we will spend with you: -Three pre-wedding phone calls or Zoom meetings. These calls typically last between 30-60 minutes each. -Venue walk-through: This usually takes 1-2 hours -Rehearsal coordination: Typically is around 1-2 hours -Unlimited text messages and emails -10 hours of day-of coordination In total, this means that we will spend an average of 15-20 hours for your wedding!
At this time since our team is smaller we are not taking on multiple weddings on the same day or weekend. We want to make sure each wedding is getting the dedication and time you deserve!
Yes, we (Brittany & Kate) are the co-owners of **Timeless Ties**, and we work together to ensure your wedding day is everything you've dreamed of! You will be working with either one of us or both of us, depending on your needs and the scale of your wedding. If you require two coordinators to help manage everything, we'll be there to make sure everything runs smoothly. Rest assured, we’ll be fully committed to making your day as perfect and stress-free as possible!
