We’re two friends based in sunny San Diego, and we’re passionate about turning your dream wedding into a reality. While we call the West Coast home, we love traveling across the country to help couples create unforgettable celebrations. From the big decisions to the tiniest details, we can’t wait to be a part of your planning journey and make your special day as magical as possible. What sets us apart from other wedding coordinators is our unique background as school counselors. While we’re experts in wedding planning, we also bring the skills and mindset of counselors to every event. Our calming presence, problem-solving abilities, and genuine passion for helping others allow us to handle any challenges that come our way with ease. Whether it’s navigating unexpected hurdles or simply ensuring everything runs smoothly, our ability to stay composed and focused helps keep your big day stress-free. We truly care about making your wedding experience as seamless and joyful as possible!

Exceptional from start to finish!
Kate truly goes above and beyond in every sense. From our very first point of contact through the day of our wedding, she was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and exceptionally organized. Communication was always clear, timely, and reassuring, and she consistently made us feel supported throughout the entire process. I’m very Type A and deeply involved in everything I do, so trusting someone else with the details does not come easily for me. Kate earned that trust completely. She handled every detail with such care and professionalism that everything ran seamlessly, allowing me to fully let go and be present on our wedding day. Her calm, steady presence made all the difference, and it was clear she genuinely cared about our experience. We are so grateful for her dedication and would recommend Kate without hesitation to anyone looking for a coordinator who is reliable, thoughtful, and truly exceptional at what she does.

Kate and Brittany at Timeless Ties are fantastic!!! As a vendor it’s important to have a strong team so everything goes smoothly!! Kate and Brittany are kind, professional and hard working! I loved their attention to detail during the reception and their ability to think quick in their feet to make sure the day was perfect. The communication with me and other vendors before the wedding was 10/10. Highly recommend Timeless Ties to anyone getting married!!
BEST WOMAN EVER!
Kate was beyond what we wanted in a wedding partner; she was everything we needed and more! As a Type A who has trouble relying on people and panics over the small things, Kate was a source of peace and “Don’t worry, we got this!” energy that was much needed! She is the most patient person we’ve ever met. So many things didn’t go as planned on my end, but Kate pulled through every change and last minute adjustment with easy flexibility and calming assurance. She made the space look beautiful, she made our guests feel welcome and excited to be there, and she made sure we ate! I cannot recommend her enough!!!!
