We’re two friends based in sunny San Diego, and we’re passionate about turning your dream wedding into a reality. While we call the West Coast home, we love traveling across the country to help couples create unforgettable celebrations. While we’re experts in wedding planning, we also bring the skills and mindset of counselors to every event. Our calming presence, problem-solving abilities, and genuine passion for helping others allow us to handle any challenges that come our way with ease. Whether it’s navigating unexpected hurdles or simply ensuring everything runs smoothly, our ability to stay composed and focused helps keep your big day stress-free. Day of coordinating
Kate was so easy and sweet to work with from the beginning and throughout. She was very communicative and flexible for our DIY needs and vision. Our wedding day was beautiful and memorable!

Wedding Necessity
Kate was incredible through the whole wedding process! We called a few times to go over the timeline and final logistics. The day of she was a machine. She didn’t forget a thing. I was so worried about letting someone else execute my vision as I’m very type A but she nailed it! Everything was set up just as we planned and even better. She handled all issues quietly so I could have a great day. She made me feel so comfortable and really hyped me up. She’s a great communicator and handled all the vendors with poise. I couldn’t have done it without her! Highly recommend Timeless Ties for all planning and day of needs!
