One Fabulous Event is an event planning, coordination & design service based in San Diego that focuses on each client’s individual needs with personal care and attention. We understand that it is your “event” & that in order for your event to be planned and executed the way you envision, you need an experienced, detail oriented and sensitive event planner to share in your vision and carry it forwar. Our goal is to bring your vision to life, to closely with you to understand your needs & desires. No matter what your need, One Fabulous Event can meet your every request and ensure that your event is Fabulous!

What sets One Fabulous Event apart from other coordinators is that we begin working with as soon as we are contracted. We know that we cannot meet with you one week or month prior to your wedding and be successful. The unlimited communication helps set our bride's mind at ease and helps everyone be more successful and ensure a smooth wedding.

Full planning is a comprehensive package for couples looking to enjoy an elegant wedding without the stress that goes into planning every detail. We work with you from start to finish coordinating all aspects of your wedding. This includes venue selection, recommending top vendors and caterers, managing your wedding budget, constructing your timeline, assisting with designing your wedding theme and décor. ]

The Gold Planning Package includes a design and planning meeting that can last up to three hours! We talk everything wedding and how to tailor their wedding to meet their needs and budget. This package also includes vendor recommendations which is priceless and helps them not only have access to amazing vendors but see contracts that are accurate in pricing and compare them to other potential vendors.

Our Silver Planning starts as soon as we are booked and includes an up to 2-3 hour design & planning meeting where we discuss everything wedding as well as vendor recommendations to better help you achieve your perfect wedding! Our package comes with unlimited communication from the moment we are booked which helps set our bride's minds at ease.

Micro weddings are treated the same as our Silver Planning weddings however it is toned down and we do not attend the rehearsal.

    We are so thankful we booked Angela as our wedding coordinator! Even though she was just our "day of" coordinator, she started helping us 6 months before with the timeline and details. She is extremely organized and prompt in her responses. We appreciated being able to meet with her in person, rather than a zoom call. Angela was recommended by our venue Tom Ham's. She provided valuable insight and suggestions that helped our wedding day run smoothly. Also, she came prepared on the wedding day with balloons and lollipops to keep the kids happy, and the adults were thankful! We cannot recommend her enough, she is a pro!

    From the moment we started planning our wedding with One Fabulous Event (Angela), we were impressed by their prompt, responsive, and transparent communication style. Angela was always honest and advising, guiding us through the process with professionalism and expertise. The quality of her work and support exceeded our expectations - she was more than we could have hoped for, truly knowledgeable and time-saving. When we felt overwhelmed at the reception (lots of love!), Angela set up a private table for us in a quiet corner so we could take a break and have our own space. Everything I envisioned for our special day, Angela made come true. Angela was so professional and really made the day feel flawless. We are so grateful for her incredible service and would highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding.

    Angela was so amazing to work with! This journey was so stressful with everything that we had to keep track of; however, Angela did an amazing job with helping us keep organized, giving us much needed advice and being a HUGE help during the day of. We barely lifted a finger during our big day and that was all thanks to her help. We could not say thank you enough times for her help!

    Angela and her team at One Fabulous Event were instrumental in helping us have our dream wedding. My mom and all of my other vendors were so impressed with how organized Angela was from day one. We hired Angela a little less than a year before our wedding, and she immediately got us off to a great start with creating a detailed timeline. This allowed my husband and I to plug in our vendors as we hired them. Having Angela truly made the wedding planning process seamless. Everyone I know, especially coworkers, always mentioned how I seemed like the chillest bride, and it's all thanks to Angela. She had so much knowledge about the wedding industry and about our venue, and essentially knew every single vendor that I needed to execute my vision for the wedding. We had our ceremony and reception at the Junipero Serra Museum in San Diego, which is a venue where you have to bring in all of your own vendors. I literally could not have planned this wedding without Angela. I can't stop recommending her to people. Truly the best there is! Thank you so much, Angela!!
