Iām Jackie, a Southern California based wedding and event planner with 15 years of experience. My background includes a decade as a professional DJ, years in corporate events, and time running a small catering and private chef business. For the past 8 years, Iāve been focused on weddings and freelance production, with a love for multicultural and one of a kind celebrations.
I work best with clients who appreciate me for being myself, fun, passionate, and a little entertaining. Iām so grateful to those whoāve supported me with kindness and trust along the way. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and being both Latina and Native American, I bring my full identity into this work. Iām all about dreaming big and creating unforgettable experiences with any cultural background.

Amazing Value
Jackie was a truly incredible wedding coordinator. We really couldn't believe the value of her services. She understood our vision and executed it perfectly. Throughout our planning process, we had the autonomy we wanted to make decisions, but she would also gently jump in when we were missing a logistical necessity, and then provide us with options for how to proceed. This was invaluable. It was also amazing that we could select "a la carte" additional services for certain needs (e.g. furniture rentals) without having to commit to full-scale planning services. Jackie even ended up coordinating last minute DJ and bartender services for us. We had some custom touches and ideas, and she and her team pulled it all off exactly like we envisioned. Her team was awesome, and she is awesome. Highly recommend!

Jackie was seriously the best! She was so thorough and on top of everything - we always felt in good hands and never worried about how things were coming together. She enabled us to have the wedding of our dreams and only put her foot down on things that were essential in making sure the day was perfect. I would highly recommend Jackie if you want a flawless day :)
Jackie Gets It Done
The Social Event Planner was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was clear and direct, which we really appreciated throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was exceptional - Jackie, our lead planner, was eagle-eyed and ensured our wedding was exactly what we wanted. When our DJ became uncomfortable with MCing, Jackie seamlessly took over that role as well as the overall coordination, handling any small hiccups with ease.
