Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve both your bridal preview and your wedding date. Your date is not secured until the signed agreement and retainer are received. Once booked, we’ll guide you through every step leading up to your wedding day.
Booking is simple! Start by submitting an inquiry with your wedding date and details. We’ll confirm our availability, provide a customized quote, and answer any questions. To officially reserve your date, we’ll send you a booking proposal with your agreement, invoice, and retainer. Once everything is complete, your wedding date is secured, and we’ll be with you every step of the way leading up to your big day.
Yes! We offer both professional hair styling and makeup services, so you can book everything with one experienced team. Whether you’re looking for soft, natural glam or a more elevated bridal look, we customize each service to complement your vision and ensure you feel confident on your wedding day.
Yes! We have a carefully selected team of professional hair and makeup artists, allowing us to accommodate bridal parties of all sizes while providing a seamless, consistent experience. Every artist is trained to deliver the elevated service and timeless style we’re known for.
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for spring and fall weddings. Popular dates can fill much earlier.
Travel within Orange County is included for our Signature and Luxe Bride Packages. Travel outside Orange County may incur an additional fee based on location.

    The Best Choice for Your Big Day

    I am so glad I booked Makeup by coyotzi and her team! From our makeup trial which went amazing to the final look, her communication along the way was fantastic. She responds immediately and is constantly communicating, which brought me so much peace of mind during the planning process. When the day arrived, they absolutely delivered, and I was completely amazed with the results. She made me look and feel so beautiful! Her team did a magnificent job with the mothers and bridesmaids, and they even styled my toddler’s hair, which was such a sweet touch. If I had to do this all over again, I would book her without hesitation. She is definitely the right choice!

    Makeup for wedding

    Coyotzi and her team did our hair and makeup for me and six other girls, and everything looked stunning. It was so great how willing they were to adjust things to make sure we all felt beautiful and confident. They were kind and flexible with us from start to finish, and honestly made the whole getting-ready experience feel calm instead of stressful. It was so hot and emotions were obviously high, and my makeup didn’t budge, even through all the tears and sweat. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us look our best.
