Hi Lorin, I’m truly sorry you felt the need to leave this review, but I’d like to clarify the situation for the sake of transparency. You reached out to finalize scheduling for your wedding just 5 days beforehand, during peak wedding season. Unfortunately, due to the lack of prior communication, I was not made aware of your hair trial date, nor that it was scheduled only days before your wedding. Had I known that information earlier, I would have let you know that my policy requires a finalized schedule well in advance to ensure fairness to all my clients. Throughout our conversations, I remained calm, respectful, and responsive. I also provided a copy of the signed contract, clearly stating my responsibilities and your obligations, including the non-refundable policy in the event of a cancellation. Despite my efforts to accommodate and communicate professionally, I was met with hostility. I was even informed that I would be locked out of the property if I arrived past a certain time, something I have never encountered in my career. Ultimately, you chose to cancel on me the day of your wedding, and I respectfully followed through with the contract terms you agreed to at the time of booking. My goal is always to provide exceptional service and clear communication. While I respect your right to share your experience, I also stand by the policies and professionalism I brought to this situation.
