We have been established since 2017. We love what we do and want to share that with everyone. We are a team of Fun, Passionate artist that bring the glamour game to life. There is no party to small or to big for us to handle.

Couples night is wonderful...but nothing beats a good girls night. What better way to start off your wedding chapter with a group of your boss babes doing hair, makeup, talking story and acting silly before you say "I DO"!

Amazing Experience - Would Recommend
Had an amazing experience working with Heather and Victoria! They were both attentive and listened to everything my girls and I requested. As an easy going bride, skipped the trial and was very satisfied with the final outcome. Hair and makeup photographed perfectly! Opted for the Shade & Strand team to travel to us and they were early to set up! Would recommend to a friend.

Bridesmaid hair
Working with Shade & Strand was such a pleasure from start to finish. The team communicated clearly with our bride throughout the planning process and delivered exceptional work on the day itself—they did stunning blowouts and updos for the bridesmaids and family members, and weren't afraid to offer thoughtful suggestions to elevate each look. What really impressed me was their versatility and ability to work with different hair types and styles, all while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. They showed genuine kindness to everyone they worked with, which made the whole beauty prep feel relaxed and enjoyable. So happy I went with Shade & Strand
I was recommended Shade and Strand by my coordinator, and I am so happy I went with them! Not only did they have affordable prices, but they provided such great services. I used them for hair and make-up for my bridesmaids, family, and myself. My girls felt so beautiful and they looked stunning, and it was all thanks to Cynthia and Heather! These gals were so professional, efficient, and so nice! We couldn't have asked for a better duo. I used Heather for my bridal hair and I loved it! Not only did it hold up all night, but she also added accessories that I didnt even think I needed. She took a look at my dress and matched the accessories to the style and esthetic. A true pro! We also did a trial run, and she was just so awesome to talk to. Thank you for being an absolute star! Thank you gals so much for making me and my gals feel wo beautiful on my special day. We appreciate you so much! Go with Shade and Strand! You will not regret it!

Dream Team
Shade and Strand was a dream to work with on every level. They were incredibly, almost instantaneously responsive to questions and requests (thank you Heather!). The hair and makeup team (Kelly and Victoria) were not only extremely talented and made us all look incredible but made the experience just so wonderful. I chose to bring my mother to the trial with me and they were so kind and fun, really listened to what we were envisioning and made it a once in a lifetime, lasting memory for the both of us. They were on time the day of, took care of all of our bridesmaids, including our young flower girl and every single one of them absolutely loved their look. I could not have asked for a better team than these gals. I would 1000% use them again and recommend them for a wedding or any event.

Shade & Strand Team are Amazing
Heather and Victoria from Shade & Strand were absolutely amazing to work with! They made my special day so memorable for not only me, but my bridesmaids and family members as well. I felt the most beautiful I’ve ever been, and they made me feel super comfortable. They’re both so fun and have great energy! I’ll be recommending them to all my friends who are getting married in the future. Loved them!
