With every couple and event, I am grounded, centered, and intentional to bring your story to life and give you peace of mind! We will combine your priorities with your exquisite details for your harmonious Wedding Day. After over 20 years as an International Event Planner I now focus solely on weddings because they are the most precious, meaningful, and fun! With my passion for community, my attention to detail, and my integrity in every decision, I am honored to be a part of a couple's journey. in embarking on the adventure of a lifetime!

I will treat your wedding with the same love and care I did my own : I support the Love of all couples: I have extensive experience working with bi-cultural, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ couples. Description

Swans: majestic, devoted creatures. The SWANS package is the full-service wedding package from start to finish: this package is for the clients who have a vision of the big day but need the full support of an all-encompassing wedding planner architect or for a destination wedding. The SWAN package includes everything that the day-of coordination and the partial planning packages have to offer as well as the following items:

Destination Weddings may include all the coordination of a full planner or may be tailored to your needs

Doves: gentle & peaceful creatures The DOVES package is for clients that have booked their venue, possibly a vendor or two, but would like more peace of mind and support in navigating all the demands of wedding planning; they may need more time and space for other life demands. The Doves or partial panner package includes all the tasks listed in the “Love Birds” coordination package, plus managing the rehearsal and wedding day.

The LOVEBIRDS package resembles a "Month Of or Day Of Coordinator" : this package is for the clients that envision planning their own wedding from start to finish. They enjoy doing the research and planning their details with the opportunity to consult and strategize with all the necessary support to execute their magical day.

    Courtney was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. From the moment we connected, she was organized, calm, and completely on top of every detail. She thought of things I never would have considered, kept our timeline running smoothly, and handled any little issues behind the scenes before I even had a chance to worry about them. On the day of the wedding, I truly got to be present and enjoy the moments because I knew Courtney had everything handled – vendors, décor, schedule, family, all of it. She communicated clearly, advocated for what we wanted, and did it all with kindness and a smile. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, I cannot recommend Courtney enough. She was one of the best parts of our wedding experience.

    Courtney planned the most amazing enchanted event for my wife and I. She is incredibly professional and really understood what we were looking for. We started with painted stairs and murals, champagne, incredible restaurants, and a lighted night sky. No matter what your event or budget I recommend Courtney so highly, she’s incredible!

    Courtney Stammler was instrumental when I hosted a Women’s Wellness Retreat for over 85 women. She not only helped with the logistics, she shared an inspiring poem for International Women’s Day and then led a powerful sacred ceremony: Emotions overflowed as we released negativity and embraced positivity, creating an empowered and resilient community of women. As we held hands in a circle, tears of joy and liberation flowed freely as we released our worries and embraced our authentic strengths.     While planning my daughter’s wedding, I knew I needed a Day-of Coordinator to assist with the final weeks and the day of the wedding. I thank my lucky stars for asking Courtney Stammler of Enchanted Events to be my wedding coordinator. From the moment I hired her, I felt completely confident in her organizational skills, her professionalism, and her creativity. Courtney and her team were truly the dream team.
