Amazing! Highly Recommend!
We cannot recommend Zoe enough! Although we hired her as a day-of coordinator, she went above and beyond through and through. We started working with her about two months out, and she was always responsive via text or email, which made the planning process so much easier. She took charge of creating our timeline and made sure every vendor and guest was following the script, which kept everything running perfectly. Once she took over communication with our vendors, we were finally able to breathe and enjoy the lead-up to the wedding. On the day of, she was amazing, handling the setup of all our decor and centerpieces, managing the flow of the event, and even taking care of the cleanup and breakdown at the end of the night, while Kevin and I along with our guests were dancing the night away! She truly ensured we had the best time possible. If you want someone who is proactive, organized, and will make sure your day is stress-free, book Zoe!

Great supportive wedding planner
We are so grateful to have had Zoe by our side throughout our wedding planning journey. She brought a sense of calm, confidence, and organization that made the entire process be stress-free. No matter what challenges came up, Zoe always handled them with professionalism and grace. Knowing she was managing the details allowed us to focus on enjoying our engagement and wedding day. One of the many things we appreciated about Zoe was her creativity and problem-solving skills. She also did an amazing job helping design and set up our sweetheart table, creating a space that felt so special and perfectly reflected our vision. San Diego to Grand Canyon Wedding
TLDR: Zoey helped us plan and coordinate a destination wedding from San Diego to the Grand Canyon with a Flagstaff reception. With Zoey’s help we are probably one of the few couples in modern wedding history that can say our big day went off without a single problem. Meat and Potatoes: Venue- We had a 30 person AirBnB in Flagstaff which would serve as wedding party lodging for a weekend and the site of our reception. We rented a charter bus to drive the wedding party to South Rim of GC and back. Decor- We wanted the natural surroundings to take center stage and to not clutter the venue nor reception site with excessive setup or decor. Zoey helped maintain a classy and magical atmosphere without imposing on the natural surroundings. Our table layout was essentially a U and at each end of the U moving towards the center we had multiple themes and showing important aspects of our lives. Zoey helped with table spacing and design. She even provided some personal decorative pieces to help tie together different themes. Music- We did not have a DJ. We instead made multiple playlists for different stages of the day and Zoey managed each of the playlists seamlessly. Food- We hired a local chef who provided staff for serving. Zoey simply made sure their needs were met in order to provide smooth service. Logistics- Zoey met with us on multiple Zoom calls to hear our vision. At each meeting, she gave us the right amount of food for thought/homework to do without becoming overwhelming. Zoey was even able to get us in contact with a photographer who was also amazing. Reception Dinner/final prep- After the reception dinner, the immediate wedding party and Zoey all reviewed roles to insure efficiency and timeliness. The Big Day- Zoey helped manage two separate locations with 50 guests seamlessly. We did not fall behind at any point of the day and it in no shape or form seemed rushed. Other than enjoying ourselves, Zoey made it to where on the day we just coasted. Zoey was amazing, we are truly impressed with her logistical skills. We are forever grateful to her. Thank you so much! Can 100% recommend Zoey to bring your ideas to life and make your event a cherished memory.

What An Amazing Wedding
We can't say enough good things about working with Zoe from Zuzu Collective. She was responsive to every question and kept us in the loop at every step, which made the whole planning process fun and enjoyable. Zoe handled all the details so we could actually enjoy our engagement and look forward to our wedding. On our wedding day, she anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, stayed kind and polite with our guests, and made sure everything ran perfectly. She turned wedding planning into something fun instead of something to dread, and her thoughtful touches made our day even better than we imagined. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, Zoe should absolutely be your only choice.

The best investment we made!
If I could give Zoe 100 stars, I would. We didn’t book the full-service package, and somehow she still showed up like she was planning a celebrity wedding. From day one, she was organized, creative, and unbelievably responsive. I could text, call, or email her at any time and she would respond quickly with thoughtful, thorough answers. During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. She gave us vendor recommendations we never would have found on our own, was completely transparent about costs, and constantly helped us make smart decisions that elevated the experience without blowing our budget. She has a rare ability to design weddings that feel deeply personal and atmospheric, not “cookie-cutter” or Pinterest-copy, but actually reflective of you as a couple. What meant the most to me, though, was how she showed up emotionally. Wedding planning can bring up family dynamics, stress, and big feelings. Zoe was such a steady, calming presence. She always reassured me that we weren’t behind, that everything was on track, and that we were doing great. She made me feel comfortable being vulnerable during a really high-emotion season of life, and that is something I will never forget. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. If anything went wrong, I truly have no idea - because she handled it before it ever reached me. She took the time to build a relationship with our wedding party and vendors to be able to pivot without me knowing and that meant the world to me. Guests, vendors, and our wedding party all commented on how calm, kind, and on top of everything she was. She created a beautiful atmosphere while somehow making it look effortless. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about our wedding - which is every brides dream - and no doubt the experience wouldn’t have been possible without Zoe. If you are planning a destination wedding (especially in Hawaii) or really any wedding anywhere and working within a budget but still want something elevated and meaningful, hire her. If you want a planner that feels like a friend you’ve known your whole life, hire her. She is creative, strategic, detail-oriented, incredibly communicative, and genuinely cares about her couples. Zoe wasn’t just our planner - she was the reason our wedding felt the way it did and I’m forever grateful for her.
