I hired Zoe for day of coordination but she was instrumental to an amazing wedding day. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend!! On a day when you give your vendors complete trust, she made me feel super assured that everything would go smoothly and she would create a beautiful setting. She was such a calming presence on the day. I had help from my family in the wedding planning process but for day of coordination she helped in creating the timeline, ensuring it went smoothly, decor set up and breakdown, and much more. She’s involved heavily about a month before the wedding but she was very proactive in her duties even before then. On the wedding day when we strayed away from the timeline she was there coordinate with vendors and guests to make the transition so seamless our guests didn’t even notice. She had set up all of the decor and even went above and beyond to create a romantic setting. Her creative touch truly added a little magic. As a perfectionist sometimes she exceeded my expectations! She made everyone feel welcomed and relaxed on the day. She even picked up our florals the morning of to alleviate some of my stress, I’m so glad I went with Zoe and know anyone who works with her will leave with an amazing experience.

Zoe was absolutely instrumental to the success of our wedding; we truly got to enjoy ourselves as guests at our own celebration thanks to her. We cannot recommend her enough! Don’t sleep on hiring a day-of wedding coordinator, and definitely consider Zuzu Collective first and foremost. From the very beginning, Zoe’s communication was prompt, thorough and detail-oriented. She created beautiful proposals and timelines and has a natural eye for design, which made it so easy to trust her with both decorating the venue and bringing our vision to life. The value she provided was incredible - Zoe went above and beyond our expectations, often anticipating things we didn’t even realize we needed and going out of her way to make them happen. She kept everyone on track when needed and even managed guests so the groom and his band could perform live during our reception. From having drinks waiting for us upon arrival to keeping our valuables safe and organized, all while adding thoughtful, memorable touches throughout the day, Zoe exceeded every expectation. We’re endlessly grateful for her support and couldn’t imagine our wedding without her.

Zoe was an absolute delight to work with and I could not recommend her more! She was so incredibly professional, detail oriented, and thought of all the little details that I never would have remembered. She created a flawless timeline, coordinated with our vendors, and helped make sure everything went off to a tee on the day-of. I was able to relax and just enjoy myself because I knew that Zoe had everything handled. I had many people come up to me at the end of the night complimenting how amazing Zoe was and how well everything was run. I will absolutely be recommending Zoe and Zuzu Collective to all of my friends!

From the very first planning touchpoint three months before our big day all the way through the final send-off at our wedding, she handled every detail with grace, professionalism, and heart. In the months leading up to our wedding, Zoe took full ownership of timelines, vendor coordination, floor plans, and design execution. She confirmed every contract, managed communications with our florist, photographer, DJ, and catering team, and created a seamless master schedule that kept everyone organized and stress-free. Her follow-through was impeccable quick responses, thoughtful suggestions, and an unmatched ability to turn ideas into reality. When the wedding weekend finally arrived, Zoe transformed into a day-of superhero.
