Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))

We’ve been raving about how our day felt like us. Zoe was such a big part of this. Throughout the event, Zoe was a constant calm and organized force. She nailed the tablescape and venue decor, going above and beyond with her attention to detail and creativity. I felt that she took the time to know exactly what we wanted. There were multiple moments where I felt she went above and beyond. I knew I could turn to her if I needed anything knowing that the event was in good hands as the evening progressed. Since we hired multiple vendors independently, the group needed organization and direction - Zoe was the guiding leader for our night. We had some unexpected challenges, she managed it all so well and prevented us from having any stress with a completely level headed and professional demeanor. I found that her communication style before, during, and after the event was thorough, caring, and honest. During our planning call, she showed in multiple ways that she cared about what we wanted out of the day and intended to really help us achieve the correct vibe. She was truly a pleasure to work with and recommendations were wonderful. Our friends are raving about the event and so are we. I do really accredit this to Zoe and the energy she brought to coordinating our event. I HIGHLY recommend Zuzu Collective. Thank you for everything, Zoe!

I hired Zoe for day of coordination but she was instrumental to an amazing wedding day. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend!! On a day when you give your vendors complete trust, she made me feel super assured that everything would go smoothly and she would create a beautiful setting. She was such a calming presence on the day. I had help from my family in the wedding planning process but for day of coordination she helped in creating the timeline, ensuring it went smoothly, decor set up and breakdown, and much more. She’s involved heavily about a month before the wedding but she was very proactive in her duties even before then. On the wedding day when we strayed away from the timeline she was there coordinate with vendors and guests to make the transition so seamless our guests didn’t even notice. She had set up all of the decor and even went above and beyond to create a romantic setting. Her creative touch truly added a little magic. As a perfectionist sometimes she exceeded my expectations! She made everyone feel welcomed and relaxed on the day. She even picked up our florals the morning of to alleviate some of my stress, I’m so glad I went with Zoe and know anyone who works with her will leave with an amazing experience.

Zoe was absolutely instrumental to the success of our wedding; we truly got to enjoy ourselves as guests at our own celebration thanks to her. We cannot recommend her enough! Don’t sleep on hiring a day-of wedding coordinator, and definitely consider Zuzu Collective first and foremost. From the very beginning, Zoe’s communication was prompt, thorough and detail-oriented. She created beautiful proposals and timelines and has a natural eye for design, which made it so easy to trust her with both decorating the venue and bringing our vision to life. The value she provided was incredible - Zoe went above and beyond our expectations, often anticipating things we didn’t even realize we needed and going out of her way to make them happen. She kept everyone on track when needed and even managed guests so the groom and his band could perform live during our reception. From having drinks waiting for us upon arrival to keeping our valuables safe and organized, all while adding thoughtful, memorable touches throughout the day, Zoe exceeded every expectation. We’re endlessly grateful for her support and couldn’t imagine our wedding without her.
