My Dream Venue!

Let me start off by saying, I was a girl who never cared to get married, until I found Sacred Mountain Julian. I knew immediately from their photos, I needed to book my wedding there. Right when they announced their 2023 reservations were open, I immediately booked a walk through and basically booked my fall wedding. First off, the Sunset Plateau is so amazing and breathtaking to say your vows. I specifically told my photographer that I wanted to take as many photos possible on the property. Every area offers photos ops of your liking. The team there is amazing to work with. I recommend visiting the property to see the beauty for yourself.

We were initially looking for a venue that had an outdoor summer camp feel, was out of the city, and where our guests could stay for an entire weekend. We discovered Sacred Mountain through our search, and when we went to visit, we fell in love. We decided to choose Sacred Mountain for our wedding weekend venue on August 16th 2025. It was our perfect venue, it had everything we wanted and more. The grounds are beautiful, everything is accessible and easy to navigate, and they allow so many different setups for anything you can think of. The lodging was perfect for our guests, who really enjoyed the amenities like the breakfast bar that came with it. Our families loved the cute cottages, and the brand new pickleball court was a huge highlight for everyone. It was also perfect for hosting an after party on site, so the celebration didn't have to end when the reception did. The entire experience felt like the best summer camp of all time, everything we needed was right there. We'd recommend Sacred Mountain to any couple looking for a venue that feels like a getaway rather than just a wedding location.

The horse ride was great!

Beautiful location. Stunning for a wedding. Caterer is pretty stingy with food. At dinner and the brunch they ran out of food or had to keep servings very small to make sure all episode got a serving. 15 minutes into the brunch they ran out of eggs (chilaquiles with eggs were just chilaquiles, bagels and lox with no bagels, out of bacon). They hadn’t even served all the guests. They ran out of things at the bar too. Bartenders were a tad surly at times. I would suggest if you do your wedding here bring in your own caterer if you can.
