Stay Away!
Sad to make this post but want to save the drama for the rest of you brides… I had my wedding at Los Willows 10/13/25 and although it was a beautiful venue and day overall, there were SERIOUS MISHAPS and after through explanation from my end, the venue refused to issue and refund or compensation of any sort. They turned over staff from when we booked to when we had the wedding and it seriously showed in the disorganization of the day. Save yourself the money and book with a more professional company and staff!

After receiving your feedback, our team conducted a comprehensive review of the event, including staff reports, timelines, and all onsite documentation. While our findings do not fully align with every part of your account, we absolutely recognize that your personal experience matters — and we are sincerely sorry that the day did not meet your expectations. Following your event, you completed our internal post-wedding survey, where you rated the food as excellent, the venue and DJ as good, and the coordinator as poor. These ratings helped guide our initial understanding of your experience. We did notice that your assessment changed significantly later, when you submitted a request for a $10,000 refund. After carefully reviewing all details of the event, we determined that this level of compensation was not warranted based on how the day ultimately proceeded. We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and we are sorry for the frustration this caused. You have since requested mediation, and we have been communicating with you directly regarding next steps. Because those discussions involve private contractual matters, we believe it is most appropriate to continue that conversation privately and professionally rather than in a public forum. Los Willows is awesome! The team here is amazing, professional, accommodating, and genuinely passionate about making each wedding unforgettable. From a photographer's point of view, the grounds are absolutely stunning. There are so many unique areas throughout the property that make capturing photo and/or video easy. From the lush greenery, to the heart shaped lake or the romantic ceremony site, every corner is picture-perfect. This past Monday was the best day of my life—I married my best friend of 11 years, my soulmate, at the most perfect venue: Los Willows. This venue is truly what dreams are made of—a private Southern California oasis with an enchanting meadow, a romantic newlywed boat ride across a serene lake with a champagne toast, and a breathtaking reception space complete with a stunning chandelier ceiling. The photos don’t do it justice, but what truly makes Los Willows special is the incredible team behind it. From the moment I had my first conversation with our wedding coordinator, Lisa Moore, I knew we were in the best hands. Lisa isn’t just efficient—she’s passionate. On our big day, she was always five steps ahead, ensuring everything was seamless and stress-free. She provided thoughtful amenities, invaluable advice, and, most importantly, a true sense of care. Lisa wasn’t just a coordinator—she became family. She and her team treated us like royalty, making every moment feel effortless and magical. The entire experience is something I will cherish forever, and there truly aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to Lisa and the Los Willows team for making my fairytale wedding a reality.
