The grounds offer a natural background of gardens and lush greenery, with the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces. As a bonus, they are a short drive away from stunning California beaches and can accommodate requests for off-site ceremonies, including a beach cliff wedding ceremony.

    The most perfect venue!

    We had the most beautiful and perfect wedding at The Secret Garden, we cannot recommend it enough! From our first time visiting and our tour with Julie to the wedding, our experience was incredible. The venue is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful and was very accommodating to our needs. Our guests had a great time and some said it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to.

    Highly Recommend!

    We truly could not have picked a more perfect venue than The Secret Garden for our wedding. We had our wedding there on 3/15/26 and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The garden setting is so romantic and intimate. From the ceremony space to the reception area, it was the perfect atmosphere for our wedding of 125 people. One of the biggest reasons our day went so seamlessly was The Epic Events team that works with the venue. Our day-of coordinator, Laura, was beyond amazing, she went far above and beyond just coordinating logistics. She made sure everything (and everyone!) was exactly where they needed to be, kept the timeline running smoothly, and helped bring our vision to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. The photography and videography team were equally incredible. Tammy and Ashley made us feel so natural and comfortable in front of the camera while keeping the energy fun and positive all day long. And a huge thank you to the videography team, who stepped in at the last minute when our originally booked videographer went MIA. They made the transition completely seamless, and Koyla was an absolute joy to work with. The entire day flowed so smoothly, and we were actually able to be present and enjoy every moment, which is the biggest gift you can ask for on your wedding day. If you’re considering The Secret Garden, I cannot recommend it enough, especially with the Epic team. It truly was the happiest day of our lives, and we’re so grateful for everyone who made it possible!

    We’re so happy!!!

    We got married at The Secret Garden in March 2026 and the experience was truly incredible and seamless. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect! I was so happy working with the team from the very beginning. The funny thing is that it was the first and only venue that we toured and I have zero regrets! They are so kind and happy to work with your wants and your budget. They are also prompt with their responses and answer all questions you may have at any time. Drew was our day of coordinator and he made our day so special and perfect. He had such a good vision for our day and I am forever grateful to him for everything he did. I highly recommend this venue and Epic Events Company for your wedding and planning!

    LOVED this venue & team!

    The Secret Garden At Rancho Santa Fe was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. From the moment we started planning, the team was attentive, quick to respond, and had such a positive and helpful attitude. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful - a private, lush garden oasis that felt so special and intimate for our big day. Laura, our day-of coordinator, and the entire team made the planning process so smooth and were always there to help with any questions or needs we had. They truly made our wedding day seamless and stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment. We are so grateful to have found this hidden gem and would recommend it to any couple looking for a truly magical wedding experience.

    Wonderful experience at the Secret Garden

    We had our wedding here on October 23rd, 2025. It was beautiful and the Epic team made the day as easy as possible. Our coordinator Drew was awesome - he gave us some great ideas to improve the event during our meetings and helped minimize our stress day-of. It went off without a hitch, and we couldn't be happier. The venue itself is also beautiful which a number of our guests commented on.

We offer off-peak season discounts on our inclusive wedding packages from December 16 through March 16. Inquire for additional discounts!
Yes! We have an on-site parking lot for 30 vehicles, exclusively available for your event. Additional street parking can be found on La Granada and Avenida de Acacias, surrounding our venue.
We happily offer a BYO bar set-up so that you can customize your bar costs and offerings. To do this, we require event insurance with host-liquor liability. Additional rentals for glassware can be added upon request, or if you prefer to work with a bar service vendor we have a preferred list for you to start with!
Your reservation includes up to 9 hours from start to finish, including up to 3 hours of pre-event time in our furnished Bridal Suite and Groom's Room, 1 hour for your ceremony and 5 hours for your reception. Additional time may be available for a fee.
In an effort to maintain your deposit, we do our best to accommodate a postponed event. However, in the event that a cancellation is inevitable, booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible! Our main sidewalk entrance accommodates our guests needing a wheelchair, and our venue features hearing-impaired fire alarm lights and trained staff.
Our peak season starts in March 15 and last through December 15. Additional discounts may be available upon inquiry!
Day-of-wedding/Event Insurance is required at a minimum coverage amount of $1 million dollars, and typically costs somewhere between $100-200 depending on guest count. Further details and specific instructions are available upon through a tour with our booking team!
