About this venue

Willow Creek Events is a wedding venue located in Valley Center, North San Diego County, California. Since 2006, this family-owned-and-operated venue has offered a personalized wedding experience in a nature-filled setting. You will see why couples and photographers love coming to Willow Creek Ranch, with endless photo opportunities on their special day. The estate can accommodate up to 100 guests. The grounds feature a wedding pergola, a built in bar, an expansive lawn, a pond, a bridge, a lavender field, large oak trees, olive trees, and other shade trees. The ceremony area is shaded, so your guests will have an enjoyable experience as you say your "I Do's." Receptions are held under large shady oak trees and our large bridal suite (over 1,000 square feet) allows you to get ready in comfort and style!

Perfect for the couple who wants to personalize with some of their own vendors. Add $35 per additional person to a maximum of 140 guests. $11,900 for up to 50; $12,775 for 75; $13,650 for 100; $14,525 for 125. All licensed and insured caterers welcome!

Description

1.5 hours for your event: ceremony + appetizer /photography hour. Bring up to 75 of your favorite people and say your "I Do's" on our expansive, shaded lawn. Follow up with appetizers & photography. Add-on early access / use of our 1,000 sq foot bridal suite for $500 (up to 3 hours).

    MAGICAL!

    My husband and I just had our wedding at Willow Creek Events this month and the venue and day was absolutely magical! If you’re looking for an outdoor venue with whimsical and garden vibes, you NEED to check it out. My husband and I had to start over venue hunting about 6 months prior to the wedding due to disorganization and terrible communication with our original venue. Bethany (the venue coordinator) and Willow Creek Events was literally the answer to our prayers. Bethany was always so thorough and reliable with her communication and responses, with scheduling walkthroughs with our vendors and she had flexibility and quick solutions for any and all unexpected situations. We felt so taken care of, the venue is pet-friendly, and on the day-of, everything turned out EVEN BETTER than we could’ve imagined or thought possible. The entire staff at Willow Creek Events were amazing and so friendly, our guests loved every aspect of the wedding and we can’t thank Bethany and the whole Willow Creek Events staff enough.

    Most beautiful venue!!

    My wedding was March 26,2022! The venue looked stunning!! All bright greenery and the lavender and wisteria was in bloom! The decor and furniture we got to use was great. Bethany was great to work with!! I wish I could redo my day! The photos you will get is absolutely beautiful! I love my night photos. I couldn’t have asked for a better location for my wedding!!

The closest hotels in Valley Center are at the local casinos: Valley View Casino (5 min away), Harrah's Casino (15 min away) and Pala Casino (20 min away). There are hotels in the closest cities of Escondido and Temecula as well. Side note: local casinos are a great spot for an after party!
Our reservation fee is non-refundable and final payments are not due until one month prior to the date of your event. If you need to change the date of your wedding after booking, a fee applies.
