Exclusive Events DJ & Coordination

What started as a husband-and-wife team has quickly become a mission to save as many weddings and events from the same old clichés. We get it because we’ve been there. Our passion to create unforgettable events stems from issues at our own wedding. Let’s just say it had a few ‘learning moments’ that we wouldn’t wish upon anyone! That experience didn’t just give us a story, it ignited a passion. We combine professional planning, personalized experiences, and high-level DJ performance. Through our easy-to-use planning app and hands-on guidance, we help you organize every detail so your wedding flows naturally and stress-free. On the day of the event, we focus on reading the room, mixing music creatively, and maintaining the perfect energy while coordinating seamlessly with your vendors.     An AMAZING team

    We cannot recommend Exclusive Events enough! We used them for day-of coordination, DJ services, and a photo booth for our wedding, and every aspect of their service exceeded our expectations. Lesley, our day-of coordinator, was incredible from start to finish. We met with her twice over Zoom before the wedding, she attended and ran our rehearsal, and she was always responsive and available by email whenever questions came up. She helped keep us organized, reminded us of all the little details that needed to be handled, and made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful. On the wedding day itself, Lesley was worth her weight in gold. Everything ran smoothly, every detail was taken care of, and no one came to us with questions or problems. We were able to be fully present and enjoy our day because we knew she had everything under control. She was calm, professional, organized, and genuinely wonderful to work with. For DJ services, we worked with Uriah who was fantastic from the very beginning. A few weeks before the wedding, we met with both Uriah and Justin and they walked us through every decision we needed to make—from the flow of the ceremony and reception to all of the music selections. They were incredibly thorough, responsive, and helpful, and even helped us find some amazing songs that ended up being perfect for our day. On the wedding day, Uriah was absolutely amazing. He checked in with us throughout the night to make sure everything was going the way we wanted, kept the timeline moving seamlessly, and somehow managed to keep our dance floor packed all evening. Beyond being an amazing DJ, he was kind, professional, and such a positive presence throughout the celebration. We also used their photo booth service, which was a huge hit with our guests. They created a custom design for our photo printouts featuring a mountain scene that perfectly fit our Colorado wedding and felt very personal to us. The photos were such a fun keepsake, and our guests loved taking them home. We truly feel lucky to have had Lesley, Uriah, and Justin as part of our wedding team. They made the planning process easier, the wedding day stress-free, and the entire experience unforgettable. I would pick them all over again and truly cannot recommend them enough.

    Best DJ ever!

    Justin was absolutely incredible as our wedding DJ—we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He took the time to understand our vision, read the crowd flawlessly, and kept the energy exactly where it needed to be all night long. Not only was the music spot-on, but Justin was also extremely professional, organized, and easy to work with. He handled transitions seamlessly, made announcements clearly and confidently, and helped keep the entire evening running smoothly without ever feeling intrusive.     Amazing Experience!

    Booking Justin as our DJ at our wedding was by far the best decision!! From our first meeting with him we knew we had made the right choice. He listened to what we wanted our wedding vibes to be, and even asked questions we didn't think about. All of the planning leading up to the wedding was easy and helped the night of run smoothly as possible. He listened when we said we wanted a party on the dance floor and he DELIVERED! Our dance floor was packed all night and he truly helped make our night beyond memorable! We still get compliments from friends and family about how fun the dance floor was all night!

    Best Wedding DJ in Colorado!

    I can’t rave enough about Justin and his team with Exclusive Events DJ. He made our night so unforgettable! The music and vibes of our wedding matched exactly what we had wanted. He knew how to engage with our guests and keep the party going night long! The music he played all night was a perfect blend of every genre we hoped he would play and he absolutely killed it! The planning process was also a breeze. Loved the planning app he uses. Very user friendly which I loved. The up lighting he also chose for our dining area really brought a warm welcoming vibe. My name is DJ Justin Kada! Not only will you work directly with me throughout the planning phase, I also DJ your wedding. Unlike some of the other guys, I believe it's important to work together from start to finish to truly understand your vision.
Our priority is to deliver the fun and exclusive experience you and your guests deserve. It's less about me and what I like to hear and more about following our plan and reading the crowd. Being an avid music lover, I'm able to dive into and passionately represent almost any genre.
While there are a dozen methods we can employ, the best way is to play music your guests want to hear. If a song or genre isn't working, we immediately move to something else. During our planning meeting we cover best practices when setting up and performing at your wedding to keep a packed dance floor.
Absolutely! If you are having trouble picking the right music, we help you get on track. We put together some valuable resources including Spotify playlists of the most frequently requested songs in each category and a guide to selecting the best music for you.
Although, we have a perfect record of attendance, we always have a backup plan. Our network includes several professional DJs that we feel comfortable filling our shoes at your discretion. If you prefer to go with your own DJ, we will refund all monies paid.
We offer enhancements such as complete day-of coordination, photo booth, uplighting, led baton and sparkler send-offs. Check out our website for details.
As long as you allow it, we do take song requests and will frequently incorporate them in our sets. We also filter out songs and genres that fall under your "Do Not Play" list that we set up prior to your wedding. As long as a guests song request fits the vibe and will keep the dance floor going, we will play it.
We don't do cookie cutter weddings. We customize a playlist for each wedding while most DJs will play the same thing everytime. Other DJs will fade in/out song, we mix and mashup songs to keep the energy flowing and create a truly exclusive experience.
Yes.
There is no setup or break down fee. Our travel fee is $50 per hour beyond one hour in each direction from Castle Rock, CO.
