Hi friend! Let me introduce myself - I'm Samantha Jade. My goal as your wedding photographer is to guide you throughout your wedding day in a way that puts you at ease, allowing me to capture your day as authentically and artistically as possible. As a hybrid photographer (both film and digital), I take a different approach to capturing your memories. By taking a step back, I am able to capture your day with so much intention - noticing all the small and "in between" moments that so often get missed.

When it comes to telling your story - I strive to create a space for organic moments to happen, while guiding you so that you feel your best throughout the entire process. I love capturing all of the moments on a wedding day, the candids, the whole story - but with my guidance you will never be left wondering what to do next or what to do with your hands (no Ricky Bobby moments here!). My goal as your wedding photographer is to ensure you look back and love not only your images, but the entire experience from start to finish.

    Our Lifetime Photographer

    We worked with a few photographers as a couple before meeting Sam. To tell you that she changed my perspective on pictures (as a man) is not telling you enough.     LOVE FRECKLED FEATHER PHOTOGRAPHY

    We had our first session with Freckled Feather during our engagement. We fell in love with her outgoing personality and her enthusiasm! She kept us laughing the whole session! With each of my wedding collections, I offer a 48 hour sneak peek gallery. Your sneak peek gallery will usually consists of 50-60 edited images showcasing the highlights of your wedding day! Your final wedding gallery will be delivered within 8-10 weeks.

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. However, I can provide you with a list of trusted videographers that I have worked with previously!
YES! Each of my wedding collections includes a second photographer for your wedding day. A second photographer ensures that there are no missed moments on your wedding day!
Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
