Each wedding that I design is as unique as the couple that hosts it. We will work together to blend traditions and new ideas to create an event that you and your guests will love. My favorite weddings are the ones with unique color palettes that are an expression of the couple.

We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within Nashville, TN and the surrounding area. Delivery and event installation charges are calculated based on the number of hours and laborers required on site rather than a flat rate.
Floral design quotes can be completed in a virtual consultation or simply by emailing inspiration photos. You will need an idea of your budget, style, and overall design. This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, photos from social media, and more. After the consultation, you will receive a quote with itemized pricing.
Yes, we offer breakdown services if required. We may be able to offer some designs that you can take home after the wedding, but this must be planned in advance. Hard goods rented from Kelsey Gray Events such as vases and candles will need to be returned at the end of the night. In some cases you can also choose for us to donate your flowers after the event or for eco-friendly composting of flowers.
Yes! Kelsey Gray Events has some decor rental items for an additional cost, including cheesecloth table runners, candles, lanterns, and table numbers.
Sorry, we do not offer flower preservation. However, we’re happy to recommend a few local vendors who provide this service. Just let us know.
Kelsey prefers to use locally-grown, seasonal flowers whenever possible. Since these flowers have less time to travel, they are fresher and better for the environment, plus we love to support local farmers! For this reason, the flowers for your wedding may not be available at the time that you would want a mockup. In some cases, mockups can be provided at an additional cost.
It depends on your wedding date. In middle TN, Saturdays in October fill up far in advance. September, November, April and May are also very popular. For less popular seasons, we may be able to accommodate bookings with less notice. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as you have your date and venue booked.
