Hi loves! My name is Rachel, and I am an Atlanta native ready to service couples in Metro Atlanta, and all across Georgia! My mission is to provide stress-free, organized wedding and event planning services "for her" and him! Through previous bridal experience, I have been able to cultivate a perfect blend of transparent communication, attention to detail, active listening, patience, and drive. From venue selection/coordination to budget management and timeline creation, For Her Weddings & Events LLC handles it all while sourcing high-quality services that make the most of every budget!

I believe that every event should have high quality moments without having your bank account scream at you at the end! All investment quotes are based on your scope of event including but not limited too: service type, venue space/location, guest count, hours needed on the day, etc. This allows me to cater to most budgets from mid-size events to luxury weddings! No matter how much time we spend together, my promise to you is full support and advocacy from me while ensuring a smooth, collaborative yet fun wedding and event planning journey!

This package includes full participation of vendor selection, negotiation, contract, etc.; coordination of rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception; lead planner and assistant wedding coordinator; guest list and budget management; theme board and floor plan creation; design/stationary decision assistance with tons more!	Do you still want to be hands on for your event but need assistance with planning and sourcing for your wedding in the mist of a busy schedule? My partial planning + management package is for you! This package includes assistance with selecting up to 4 vendor selections, contracts, and negotiations; coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, & reception; partial design & stationary decision assistance; creation of floor plan for reception & more!	Have everything planned out, but want to avoid the hassle of executing all the details on the big day? Month-of-Wedding package includes coordination of wedding rehearsal, ceremony & reception; 2 to 3 face-to-face/virtual meetings; review & confirm vendor contracts, logistics, etc.; 8 to 10 hours on the day, setup / breakdown assistance, access to Aisle Planner, monthly check-ins, unlimited contact for questions, support & more!

I hired Rachel to plan my sister's wedding. She jumped right in and helped from start to finish and we didn't have to lift a finger. Rachel is a great planner and really puts her clients first. She was always available for questions and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend her whenever someone I know has an event!

Absolutely! I have been apart of planning committees for birthday parties, bachelorette parties , pageants, etc. Month-of-Event Management minimum starts at $1,000 and goes up based on your level of assistance! A-la-carte service options are available as well.

For weddings, I do not take on multiple during a day or weekend. For social or corporate events, it will depend on the availability of my assistants and/or timing of different events.

For Her Weddings & Events LLC is owned and operated all by me! I am usually a one-woman team for events with a guest count up to 70-80 people. I have two part-time assistants for events with a guest count of at least 90 or should I feel an assistant is needed based on the scope of your event. An additional fee will be added for Month of or Partial Planning wedding and event packages should an assistant be needed or if a third assistant is needed for Full-Service packages. Full-Service Wedding and Event packages include one part-time assistant.

I started in weddings as a stylist in 2021! Meanwhile, I had a passion for planning. I have been on planning committees for pageants, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, and have assisted in my close friend and cousin weddings naturally! I decided to combine bridal and planning in April of 2023 when my styling clients would ask me to continue with them on their bridal journey! I have coordinated 6 weddings (solo and interning) with more 2024 weddings spreading across from March - December. I have a wide-range of clients with budgets up to $75,000, opting in Month of Wedding, Partial Planning and Full-Service.

Yes! I am willing to travel within the state of GA. Travel fee of $0.65/per mile will apply to venue/event spaces outside of the 50 mile radius of Atlanta, GA (30326). Travel accommodations will be included for any event over 2 hours away. Your travel fees will be included in your custom quote. All market areas available for travel are listed on the directory.
