Does having a personal assistant for your wedding planning sound like a great idea?! This planning package includes full participation of vendor selection, negotiation, contract review, etc.; coordination of rehearsal, rehearsal events, ceremony, and reception, lead planner and (3) assistant wedding coordinators, event and stationary assistance and tons more!

Do you still want to be hands on for your event but need assistance with planning and sourcing for your wedding? Our Partial Planning & Management package includes assistance with up to 4 vendor selections, rehearsal dinner sourcing, lead planner and (2) assistant coordinators on day, partial event design/stationary assistance, creation of floor plan for reception & more!

The FHWE Wedding Management package starts when you book and includes coordination of rehearsal, ceremony & reception, lead and (2) assistant coordinator for up to 150 guests, full-day onsite coverage, timeline creation, 2 site visits, monthly check-ins; vendor point of contact, setup/breakdown assistance of personal items, access to Aisle Planner, unlimited contact for questions, & more!

    Working with For Her Weddings & Events was truly one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process. From our very first conversation, the FHWE team made me feel heard, supported, and excited about what was to come. They were incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about making my wedding day unforgettable. What really stood out was their ability to take my scattered ideas and turn them into a cohesive, elegant, and personalized event that reflected both me and my partner. They helped guide me through every step vendor coordination, timeline management, décor design, and even the little details I hadn’t thought of. On the day of the wedding, I was able to be fully present because I knew I was in good hands. Everything was handled seamlessly the ceremony setup was stunning, the reception flowed beautifully, and any last-minute adjustments were taken care of without me even knowing. The team was calm, professional, and so kind to me, my family, and our guests. I also want to personally shout out how inclusive and culturally aware they were.     For Her Weddings & Events LLC was an incredible partner in planning my daughter’s wedding. From the start, their communication style was quick, assertive and collaborative. Rachel helped secure amazing vendors and narrow down my daughter’s vision for the event. She kept us on track with every deadline. Her team also went the extra mile to ensure all the guests were comfortable not just my daughter and son. They didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her resourcefulness and attention to every aspect of the day made the day seamless and unforgettable. We are so grateful for the hard work and care this team put into making this day perfect.     Rachel and her team were great. I hired her around 4ish months or so before my wedding. I was dealing with A LOT during that time and life was hitting me hard, some of which I shared with her and some that I kept intimate. Rachel was very understanding with everything that I shared with her and really helped me not stress about our big day. It was nice to just be able to sit back and not stress about wedding planning or our big day. We worked so hard on making sure the day went great. On wedding day, almost everything that could have gone wrong, did--lol. All of it being things that were completely out of our control. Rachel and her team worked tirelessly and I feel so bad because they were putting out fires all day. But I really appreciate their help. One of the smaller mishaps was that we ran out of bar materials, her assistant went to the store and paid for our stuff out of her own pocket and didn't even mention reimbursement. She was later reimbursed but the fact that she was so dedicated to making our day special really warmed my heart. I really appreciated Rachel listening to my vision and ensuring that her and her team tried their best to bring that to life. I would definitely recommend her to any future brides.

    am the sister of the bride and I was extremely disappointed in Ms. Collins’s coordination of my sisters wedding. At the rehearsal, she specified wedding processional before and after, and the day of the event, she had everyone go first to cocktail hour rather than letting the bride and groom and bridal party exit. I found her attire to be unprofessional, wearing track pants and a polo the day of the wedding, and a tee shirt just minutes before the ceremony. It was exceptionally hot and she provided no shade for the bride nor did she facilitate the brides comfort at all, with my sister nearly passing out from no access to water. We were all most upset with the venue not being set up at all. By the time cocktail hour was complete, not even the plates or Silverware were on the tables. And I witnessed her team already having the tables in their position 4 hours prior to this. I was completely baffled as to what they had done for 4 hours. Both the bride, the groom, the entire wedding party, and an additional 20 guests ended up setting up the venue and the bride missed pivotal moments of any bride’s wedding dream because of it. The reception started an hour late due to the planners lack of coordination. I do not recall seeing her for the rest of the evening. I truly cannot understand how Ms. Collins and her team have so many five star reviews, I would rate her ONE STAR for This one. She was provided with meticulous details prior to the wedding in writing and none was followed through. I absolutely do NOT recommend this team. Mostly, I am extremely sad that my sister, the bride, missed out on her entrance and All the post ceremony photos because of Ms. Collins. A large chunk of guests also agreed with my perspective. I am deeply saddened. I have never give a bad review on any other service I have ever used or participated in, except this one.

    Hi Amy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the experience did not reflect the 5-star service we strive to provide for every couple and their guests. I’ve spoken with my team and we are already implementing additional measures to better support our clients during more detailed and time-sensitive set-ups. We understand how important every element of the day is, including any DIY contributions, and recognize that some unclear or incomplete instructions can impact efficiency during a 2.5 hour limited setup window. We also acknowledge that the change in the flow due to the surprise dance altered the transition to cocktail hour, and we regret any confusion it may have caused. We always strive to make sure everyone on-site is comfortable with an inside area for the VIPs and shaded areas for guests in outdoor areas. Myself and my team remained on-site throughout the entire event, making real-time adjustments in coordination with the couple to ensure their day continued smoothly, even with the minor 15-minute delay at reception. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to growing from this experience. I have personally reached out to the couple, and should they have any further concerns, I welcome the opportunity to speak with them directly.
