Stephanie started out as a catering manager planning wedding and corporate events. In 2019 she decided she wanted to offer her services to more people and created SJF Weddings and Events. With 15+ years of experience, she knows the wedding and event business and knows how to make sure your event is a success. Stephanie makes sure every event is special and reflects the couple. Her ability to put everyone at ease no matter what the situation is one thing our clients always rave about. She treats each event as if it was her own.

We work with you! We want you to feel comfortable to share your ideas and feelings at all points in the planning process. Bring us your ideas and we will let you know if we can make it happen with in your budget.     Great Day of Planner

    Stephanie of SJF Weddings was great to work with throughout the process. I was looking for a day of coordinator mostly so that I was not the contact for any issues day of. I talked with Stephanie the months prior to the wedding getting her up to speed on everything and providing contacts for all vendors. The rehearsal and day off went off without a hitch thanks to Stephanie being around to receive day of vendors and work out any kinks that came up.

Yes, however we call it month of coordination. From the moment you sign with us we start working for you, so we do two phone touch point calls with you to make sure we have all the information for the other vendors, answer any questions, and make sure we are all set on making your big day stress-free. We want to ensure we have all the information and your requests so we do not have to interrupt you from focusing on one of the happiest days of your life!
Absolutely! We plan not just weddings but we have 15 plus years of doing showers, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties. Not only is Stephanie a well experience planner but she also is a travel agent so she can even help you with getting room blocks for your out-of-town guests, planning your perfect honeymoon, or any other needs you have. We want to make every aspect of planning your special day easy so you do not have to keep track of additional vendors!
On your wedding day no, our focus is to ensure your day is our priority. We do on occasion, have multiple weddings in a weekend, unless your event is over multiple days and then that is discussed during our consultation call. We are always focused on your event and making sure your vision comes to life that day.
Stephanie is our owner and head planner. She handles the consultation calls, answering any questions concerning our agreement and who you will have your touchpoint meetings with. We do have a junior planner on our team who handles some email correspondence, typing up timelines, and other customer service tasks for Stephanie. Our staff also includes, setup crew, servers, and bartenders that will assist depending on the event and what you contract our company for on your day. Stephanie attends and runs all our events to ensure they are exactly what you want.
