I like to get to know each couple personally so I can ensure the day is reflecting what they want. Attention to detail is my strong suit so I can ensure everything is executed perfectly. I stay up to date with trends if that’s what you’re looking to incorporate on your big day, but I’m also here to offer a fresh set of eyes and give some innovative input. Lastly, I provide a range of customizable packages, allowing couples to choose the level of support that fits their needs and budget.

Description

If you can think of it, we will help! I’ll assist from the initial concept development to the execution of the wedding day, handling every aspect including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, design elements, guest list management, and on-site coordination, essentially taking care of all details to ensure a seamless celebration!

Provides support in the final stages of wedding planning. Help finalize details, confirm vendor contracts, and ensure nothing was overlooked. Create timeline, facilitate communication with vendors, assist with seating arrangements. Final venue walk through, managing the flow of the ceremony and reception and overall allowing you to relax and enjoy!

This could be as little or full-service planning as needed. Here to assist with anything you may need.

Overseeing all aspects of the day. Ensures vendors are set up on time, manages the timeline, and handles any unexpected issues if they arise. I will serve as the main point of contact for vendors, guests and bridal party to ensure a smooth day and alleviate added stress.

    Leslie was an absolute pleasure to work with for this wedding. Her communication was very professional, organized, and personable throughout our setup and breakdown. The quality of her work and value she provided was outstanding - She was efficient, organized, and always on top of things, ensuring we had everything we needed for the couples special day.     Weaver & Co. Event Planning was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, Leslie demonstrated an open, timely, and approachable communication style that immediately put us at ease. She was incredibly professional, empathetic, and organized throughout the entire planning process. Leslie singlehandedly managed our large wedding and did a ton of extra work organizing all the decorations the day of the event.     Leslie was awesome! She was our most valuable vendor, and worth every penny! We literally could not have done it without her. She was prompt and professional, and was really pleasant to plan ideas with. I was completely relaxed and did not have to worry about any of the details or transitions of my wedding.     We booked Leslie to coordinate our wedding day in Savannah, GA and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. She was so communicative throughout the process, double checked every detail, handled unforeseen situations perfectly, and executed our vision seamlessly.
