I ensure every detail is tailored to reflect your unique love story and preferences. You will receive stress-free planning services from venue selection to guest accommodations, I handle all the logistics. Enjoy your special day knowing every aspect is expertly managed!

This service provides wedding day management starting 8 weeks from the wedding date to take over the final details and logistics. It also includes design assistance to assimilate your vision & color palette, lighting, floral, decor, linen and rental options & discuss wedding details commonly overlooked.

Ideal for the couple who has time to invest in wedding planning. however you recognize the importance of delegating the execution and logistical details to a professional. you will be able to fully enjoy your wedding day and create beautiful memories. As your coordinator I will finalize vendor details, create the timeline, and facilitate your wedding day. Trust me, at a minimum you need a wedding coordinator.

    As a wedding pro my self (floral design), I get to work with a lot of different planners. Crystal is one of my favorites I get to work with. She is fully accredited and certified, which is actually really important, and she understands the ins and outs of every event, and absolutely nothing stays uncovered, not talked about, or left to chance. I am so impressed with her people skills, her integrity, and waste knowledge and experience in the wedding industry. I highly recommend her to any bride who wants to have peace of mind and ease on her wedding day.
