Hey, there! I am a licensed, certified, insured "Type A" wedding planner and coordinator based out of Greenville, SC. I fell in love with the Wedding Industry when my sister got married during the HEIGHT of COVID (August 2020) and we were put in the position of having to make about a million changes to accommodate health and safety needs. Since then, I've helped so many couples plan their perfect day. I love "The Office," vanilla iced coffees, reading mystery books, Jesus, and tuxedo cats. I enjoy an adrenaline rush bouldering, doing aerial silks, or hot power vinyasa.

What sets me apart is my drive and passion for helping couples. I have a part-time day job, so I only take on two clients a month, to be sure I have adequate time to devote to your day. I love stepping in early in the planning process to assist in designing your dream day. I am easygoing yet hyper-organized, and couples find me easy to work with (just check my reviews). You'll never catch me without my planning binder and a phone running Google sheets to keep up with all the details. A good planner adds structure to your planning process while taking away the stress, and that's what I strive to do for each and every couple I assist.

She responded to my initial inquiry immediately — even while she was on vacation — and that level of dedication and professionalism continued throughout our entire wedding planning process. Tori is incredibly detailed, organized, and thoughtful in every aspect of coordinating our wedding day. She anticipated needs before we even knew we had them and made sure every detail was handled seamlessly.     Tori was an absolute treat! She really helped us feel confident early on when the planning began and we had no idea where to start. Our wedding was quite large; consisting of 4 fully-catered events, all of which she handled perfectly. She was knowledgeable, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. If we were to do it all over again, we would gladly choose Something New Event Planning again!

    Tori is an amazing planner and highly recommend!

    We hired Tori as a day of coordinator and I cannot overemphasize how it was one of the best decisions we made for our dream wedding. She was meticulous about all of the little details, such as putting out my DIY table settings for the flip, making sure the groom and I got some of our hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, managing my train during photos, and taking the time to meet with us multiple times before the wedding to make sure she understood our vision and our timeline. She provided a suite of tools, such as excel spreadsheets for budget and seating chart and a canva subscription. She handling every hiccup of the day -- including our arch falling down and a sudden rain storm -- with calm while comforting us and keeping us cool. Because of Tori, we were able to fully soak in our wedding day, ensuring that it was the beautiful forever memory we always wanted.

    Sweet and Professional!

    I’m a violinist and have had the pleasure of working with Tori twice now. She is incredibly organized and so sweet to work with! About a month before each wedding, she confirms all the event details with me and follows up to make sure we’re on the same page.     Tori was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, her communication style was organized, prompt, clear, and was always available to answer our questions. She was fantastic - she was incredibly thorough, always had ideas to make things better, was on top of everything, and completely committed to making our day perfect. She kept my young boys in line and ensured they were having fun, but with just enough toughness to make sure they took things seriously. Which was needed with those two! lol She always made sure we were where we needed to be when we needed to be there. It was so nice to just be able to enjoy the day! Again, can’t say it enough Tori was wonderful and went above and beyond what she was hired to do, helping with so many details that were beyond her responsibilities. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day truly unforgettable.

I only take on two clients each month, to be sure I have adequate time to devote to planning your wedding.
Typically, for an event up to 100 people, you'll be working with just me. I have a team of two assistant planners that can be brought in for more elaborate celebrations for an additional fee.
It depends on the service you pick. For a "power planning" session, you can expect 2 hours of my time. For partial planning, you can expect about 8-12 hours. For Month-Of coordination, you can expect about 14 hours of time. Just ask!
Yes, I sure do! I love planning engagement parties, celebrations, a la carte receptions, bridal showers, etc. You name it, I love planning it!
I love to step in as early in the process as possible. I love partnering with couples to create their perfect day. I've planned about 10 weddings to date and coordinated closer to 50! They've ranged from relaxed/backyard weddings to fully formal events. My "specialty" is 100ish people with a semi-formal feel.
No, I do not. I only take on two weddings each month and typically those will not be on back-to-back weekends. I believe in showing up wholeheartedly for each of my couples, so adequate time in between events is necessary to recharge! I always caution couples against working with overworked vendors of any kind (not just planners/coordinators). There's nothing better than showing up fully ready for my couples!
