My wedding was the best day ever the
I hired Vonya as my day-of-coordinator about 9 months before my wedding day, but she definitely did much more than just coordinate my day of. She formed a package that was perfect for me that included planning sessions leading up to the day and a very helpful dashboard to assist me in planning and to help us coordinate. Vonya also did my flowers and table decor, which made my life so much easier. I didn’t have a ton of help from family, so it was really just me and Vonya and she helped make sure I didn’t miss anything and helped me nail down my timeline when I couldn’t make up my mind. She helped me make the best decisions on a budget and made it happen - like we ended up getting my cocktail hour food from Publix and she picked it up and passed everything out and everything went super smoothly. From the rehearsal to the day of she was awesome to see in action and my bridal party and family very easily coordinated with her to keep me shielded from the day of craziness, She rolled with the punches on the day and went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted. My wedding was the best day of my life, truly, and it wouldn’t have happened without her.
Spend the extra money
Elite Hospitality had decent communication, but they often "forgot" to hit send on emails or follow up on things after our conversations. While the owner is very sweet and fun to work with, and seemed attentive initially, little things kept slipping through the cracks. Everything was great for the most part until the day of the wedding. I hardly saw the owner or her team, and I was told by one of my bridesmaids that the owner was sitting on her phone when we were getting ready. Overall, Elite Hospitality's service was inconsistent, and they could have done a better job staying on top of the details to make our special day truly perfect.

As a Type A Person whom executes events on a daily basis as well as planned my whole wedding, I needed someone whom would have the same level of attention to detail and finesse. I was able to find that in Vonya. She was beyond amazing to work with. I was comfortable with passing her the reigns and knew I was great hands. Her expertise, attention to detail and calm demeanor made our day so seamless and just the best day. And she did this virtually as we were planning from New Jersey with our wedding in Marietta. She assisted us with our signature drink and made sure we remembered to cut our cake! We can't thank her enough for a fantastic job as a coordinator.
The Best
From the moment we first spoke with the team at Elite Hospitality, we were impressed by their open, welcoming, and transparent communication style. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, they went above and beyond in every way possible, even when every obstacle was thrown their way. The quality of their work was truly amazing - they were respectful, warm, and welcoming, making us feel like we had our best friend working for us. In the end, they exceeded all of our expectations and we felt like they had become part of our family. I would hire Elite Hospitality again in a heartbeat, and they deserve more than 5 stars for the incredible service they provided.
