We offer flexible service models including full catering packages and cash bar options to fit your specific budget and guest count. We are fully self-sufficient, handling our own power and setup to ensure a seamless flow within your venue.     Don't Hesitate

    We hired Very Good Coffee to handle the beverage service at our wedding and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From our first conversation, the team was laid-back and easy to work with—they listened to what we wanted and rolled with all of our ideas without any fuss. What really stood out was how they connected with each guest one-on-one, making people feel seen and valued while serving them. The coffee was genuinely excellent, and we heard nonstop compliments about it throughout the day. Guests had energy and stayed engaged the entire event, which we think had a lot to do with the quality of what Very Good Coffee provided.     Great Coffee, Beautiful Trailer and Good Vibes!

    Miriam brings a friendly and warm energy as she makes the coffee! I had a perfectly crafted chai made with oat milk. The mobile kitchen is made of wood, making it aesthetically pleasing. Having this mobile coffee bar complimented the vibe of the event. Iy recommend having them at your event!

To ensure a high-end guest experience and keep wait times low, we typically serve events ranging from 75 to 250 guests. This allows us to give every drink the artisan attention it deserves!
Absolutely. We have chai, matcha, hot chocolate, cold chocolate (you've gotta try it) and even lemonade!
Our pricing is transparent and scales with your guest count. Under 100 people, $300/hr with a minimum of 2 hours. Over 100 people, $9-11/person.
We keep our operational costs straightforward so there are no surprises: - Service Fee: $100 per event. - Barista: $30/hr to ensure your guests receive expert service. - Generator: $10/hr if we aren't plugging into venue power. - Travel: $1 per mile from our home base.
If we are using the trailer outside, we can bring our own power for a small fee of $10/hr. However, if your venue has a dedicated 50A/240V circuit we can plug into, we are happy to hook up and save you the generator cost. If we are doing an indoor setup, then we can plug into normal 120V wall outlets.
We are a compact guest experience on wheels, but we do need a flat, accessible area to park. The trailer itself is 16ft long. We usually recommend a space roughly the size of three standard parking spots to ensure we have room to serve your guests comfortably. If you don't have a space that will accommodate the trailer, we do have indoor setups available!
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before our scheduled service time to dial in our espresso and get everything prepped. Don't worry—the setup time is on us; your hourly barista rate only covers the time we are actually serving your guests.
